Found out about Namify because the nonprofit that I was employed by used them for all of their printing needs. I had never used them and at first I wasn't convinced they were worth the costs and time of dealing with an out of state printing vendor. I was glad to be wrong. Namify was so easy to work with and create new products with on their website or with our assigned salesperson. For our business account, we had a company portal where we could save logos and mockups for future orders. During my time with the company, we changed the logo with a company called Avenir and used their new updated logo to rebrand all of the company sites, letterhead, and printouts. We also purchased all of the board and staff badges with Namify. Their quality is excellent. I loved the magnet backed nametags! I've referred a few business owners to Namify in the past couple of years because their costs are competitive and reasonable and their quality is superb. read more

We have been using Namify for over 3 years now. We used to feel like we got great service and a great product. The last few months it seems like something is extremely wrong. When we address it there is always a new excuse as to why it happened. I've had multiple orders come out incorrectly; wrong item, no item, too many items delivered, or just arrive terribly executed (screwy logo). I've been waiting for almost a month for nametags that should be same day/next day production. Our business is only growing and we have to have someone that can support us in that and give us a quality product. We don't feel like Namify can do that anymore. Not sure what happened, but company this year was very hard to work with. Tried a week to get an order in. Had to just go to another company (glad I did: I discovered by "google" search for same product I was being vastly overcharged. Getting fast, friendly service at half the price from a new name tag company. Caveat emptor: sometimes bad service has a way of creating a natural "positive rebound" in modern capitalism --- the unpleasant experience with Namify was off-set by finding new vendors, and "better deals". I used to only have great experiences with Namify, but recently it seems like something internally is going REALLY wrong. I've had multiple orders come out incorrectly (wrong item delivered)-- or just arrive terribly executed (bad color, skewed printing, branded logo modified for no reason). I've received pricing quotes for items that were so high it was laughable. I've started ordering from other companies for additional items which is never a good sign. read more

First strike: I'm a parent volunteer helping out with graphics for a fundraising event. I was trying to get info to submit a print file (what file format, etc.) for a school banner, but on the Namify banner page, the link to "Artwork Requirements" was broken. Most of the other links in that same section were broken too. I see that these links are broken all over the website. Second strike: Okay, well a broken link can happen to any website, right? So I go to the Namify contact page and send them a message that the link is broken, and I need someone to contact me with info about the artwork requirements. A week passes, no one contacts me. I finally dig up some info elsewhere on the site and see that I need to submit a PDF. The links are still not fixed. Third strike: I am having trouble uploading my huge banner print file. The Namify FTP screenshots for Windows 7 don't match what I'm seeing on my screen. The instructions just skip over the part I'm having trouble with. I email our Namify rep, Brian Ensign, and explain what I'm having trouble with. I ask him for help in troubleshooting. He emails me back with one sentence: "I'm not sure why you would be experiencing any issues because I haven't had anybody not been able to do it in the last four years." And that's it! No questions, no offer to help, or to refer me to someone else who could assist me. Just literally blaming *me* for having trouble with the FTP upload. Must be all in my head? Grrrrr Brian. I've been a business owner for the last 11 years and done customer service for much longer than that, and I am flabbergasted that anyone would respond to a customer request for help by blaming them for the problem. Totally unacceptable. I finally figure out a way to upload the file to their server using my own FTP software, no thanks to Brian. I see a link at the bottom of his email to me asking "How did I do? Click here to give your feedback." I send an email with my thoughts on how Brian did, and point out strikes one and two as well. Did no one else bother to report those link issues, and not getting a response to my contact request? Well they must not exist then, according to Brian's logic! I originally gave this company one star, but I just got an email back from the CTO apologizing for Brian's behavior and promising to look into the technical issues, so that made me up my review to two stars. Still...we have great printers locally. I don't know why my kid's school foundation chose Namify. I would not choose them if I were looking for a printer. read more

Not very happy with their customer service. The actual name tags came out nice but they really need to work on not giving their customers an attitude. I had placed an order over a year and half ago and dealt with Brayden, who was nice as can be. This time around my experience wasn't so great. When someone says to you, "As I said...." more than 2 times in a conversation, it comes off very condescending. I am in the business of customer service and don't think it's appropriate to speak to someone that way. I'm sorry I wasn't understanding the way you do things. But you could pretend to be a little patient. They also have a strange way of approving your items before sending it to print. They want you to approve it even though it only will show the first item you (not all of them) are ordering, so if it comes out wrong, then what is the point of approving it if you are only going to show one item? So then it was sent to our old address, which was my own over site, but I had asked, "What if I cancel?" I am okay with a fee, I understand I had overlooked that but wanted to see what all the options were. But I wasn't expecting the manager Brian to say hello, ask me what happen and then as I am talking, he cuts me off and says "Let me speak, it's my turn to talk". I was completely caught off guard and didn't realize I was talking over him, only answering his question. He was so rude. I was quiet because I was so shocked. I don't think anyone in business has talked to me this way. I will never recommend this place again. There is something called customer service. If someone had said, these are your options and how can we resolve this, it would have been a totally different situation. I was willing to pay a fee, but they never offered to get in touch with UPS (who actually re routed it for me), Brian treated me like I was trying to get free product or that was a low life instead of offering solutions. Is customer service dead? I rarely write a review but I felt it was necessary in this situation. It's very unfortunate since I run a business with over 25 employees and will need to order more in the future. read more

I do large corporate type orders on a consistent basis. The Great: Personal service - I get prompt phone calls, emails, and attention to details. I've used other places like 4imprint and they never provide the same level of care. I can present them with a project and they will look for vendors on my behalf and still come in lower than some of the other quotes I've gotten. Prices - I've gotten some amazing prizes and they are always willing to try to match. Just a note, you will get a lot of calls and emails so be prepared. Some might find it annoying but I like the level of personal service. read more

Namify was able to offer me a VERY competitive rate for our summer KidzCamp this last July where we ordered around 600 shirts. We also use them for our customized lanyards and have for a few years. The team is very helpful and communicative for the most part, and I would love to give them 5 stars, but I also want to be honest and there were just a few hitches we hit throughout the order process. Our reps changed in the beginning so I wasn't sure who to communicate with, and when our rep was away for vacation at one point, we got no follow-up so our order was delayed, though they were very quick to follow-up and rectify what they could. There was also constant confusion from them about who to contact at our organization because we've had other people order from them, luckily my team was sure to pass on the information and forward countless emails. My only other gripe was when I called back the day after my large bulk order to add more shirts, the price doubled because it was a 'separate order'. Considering the other order hadn't even been started, that seems a little out of line. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again and just know up front what challenges I faced and clear them up from day 1. Namify is a local Utah business that cares about their customers print needs without gouging their wallets. First off, they gave me the lowest quote in town to print a banner for an upcoming event. Not only was their quote low, it was less than half of some other local competitors. They also offer same day services which is great because I am always needing things last minute. We ordered our banner based off some dimensions from an Amazon easy up tent I ordered that same day. I actually got our banner printed and picked up faster than Amazon prime could deliver. When the tent did come, we immediately realized the dimensions were off by more than a couple feet, thankfully smaller than bigger. This was on a Friday afternoon. Our namify representitive Jordan offered to have one of their technicians trim our banner free of charge to our needed dimensions. This might not seem like a huge deal, but by the time we got it to their office it was Friday at 5pm. Their tech stayed late and got us what we needed. That to me was most impressive. I will happily return to Namify for future business and suggest others to do the same. read more

Class act company to deal with. Dealt with them twice. First time the banner wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but that's alright. I selected mesh vinyl and didn't even think it would be actual mesh, so I wasn't upset by that as it was partially my fault. The banner still looked fairly good despite being practically see-through. Excellent design team with Namify. The second banner I just got looks great. I asked for a pole pocket assuming it would be on the top, but there are two pole pockets on the sides. Not ideal, but can be worked around. They are good at emailing customers to make sure they're making what you want before they make it, however, maybe a phone call would be more effective to avoid minor miscommunications. Overall, I definitely won't hold it against them. They are great to work with with affordable prices. read more
