EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. The tablescape was beautiful with a touch of witchy. The tea service is five star. They have a fantastic selection of delicious teas to choose from as well as a chef curated menu that is always divine. Bonus I got to buy some knitting supplies to give us a gift. The yarn was absolutely gorgeous and I got several cute accessories to go with the yarn. I 100% highly recommend checking out petite fours and purls if you are interested in knitting crocheting or crafting with yarn. Every month, they have a nice selection of classes that they offer. The store is spacious, which makes it easier to browse, and there is a good assortment of yarns of various weights and fibers. I found the price of the yarn to be pretty reasonable. The back of the store also has a nice selection of things needed for crafting with yarn such as needles, hooks, buttons, and sewing needles. The employees at Heindselman's are always kind and excited to talk about yarn. I like to make a stop here whenever I have some free time in Provo.

They now have room in the back for large classes. (I'm thinking the Utah County spinning group could begin meeting there.) There's seating at the front of the store and the gathering table is without all the old clutter. These are big improvements that make coming to Heindselman's an enjoyment. If you found it difficult to appreciate the store in the past because of the lack of organization and that big dog, you should try again. You'll be surprised. (Though I don't know if the dog is permanently gone, I didn't see any evidence of it).
