Their pen kit selection is large, the price is reasonable, shipping is fast, and customer service is outstanding. Their Artisan line of pen kits sourced from Taiwan is really top notch. I have wrecked a few pens during the turning process, and I really appreciate that every kit they sell has spare cut-to-length tubes available for a very reasonable price. Some suppliers only sell spare tubes in long lengths that need to be cut, and I don't want to invest in tube cutting equipment to salvage a pen kit.

Carbon fiber tripods are a super popular item that they sell in addition to clamps, plates, heads, etc. The one thing that may turn people away is price. They are very high end equipment, but very well made and of high quality. I recently purchased a BH-55 Ballhead and 192 FAS Nodal Slide for pano shots from them and I have nothing but high praises for the products. The ballhead is very well made, I never have to worry about my camera slipping off or moving around while mounted to it. It features an Arca-Swiss clamp which I ordered with the screw knob over the lever release style. It has a very smooth operation and when you rotate it, it's also very smooth. The Nodal Clamp, which is used primarily for panoramic shots to give you perfect stitching abilities by eliminating parallax effects is another quality product. Machined to exact standards, you never have to be concerned about poor workmanship when purchasing any of their products. I give them four solid stars for quality workmanship. Price is a factor, but if you want the best, you will pay the price! Solid Four Stars * * * * 5-13-16 I am now using a TVC-34 carbon fiber tripod with the BH-55 ballhead by RRS and I can't say enough great things about it! If you are really serious about your photography, you should have the most stable base for your camera. You can have the best equipment, but if you intend to support it on a pair of "bird legs", you're not going to get optimal results. The TVC-34 is a super solid mountain of a tripod and you can feel how stable it is. I highly recommend it!!

The L Backet I ordered was lost by UPS, and was marked as delivered. CCTV footages from the same date showed that no driver arrived at my door. UPS keeps proof of delivery for 120 days. In my case, the proof of delivery was never added in the system so they could not provide any proof, from 60 days earlier. I paid $220 for an L Bracket, $35 processing fee, $22 for US Tarrifs, $92 tax to UAE, and $88 for shipping with UPS. UPS now admit they have lost the package and have no proof of delivery and will refund the costs, only if the sender files a claim. UPS will not allow the receiver to file a claim. As per the response of Benjamin: "Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the carrier. In this case, the package was shipped via UPS and marked as delivered. At that point, our obligation for fulfillment was completed." Stay away from Really Right Stuff

I am blow away by how amazing Kevin and his team are. We ordered a huge quality of T-shirt's both long sleeve and short sleeve and all different sizes and also sweatshirts. Not only did I order them at the beginning of this month, October, but the next day after ordering I received a sample to review! I wasn't sure which sweatshirt would work best for us so Kevin hand delivered three samples of different sweatshirts he thought would work for our company. We picked the one we loved and the next day he had our logo embroidered on it to get our approval. It exceeded our expectations!! Then two weeks later we received our order completed!!!
