Terrible shopping experience and lack of ethics…read more On August 6, I purchased two laptops online from Staples Orem for $579.99 each. The transaction went through successfully, and I received a delivery date and tracking information. However, on August 11, I received an email canceling the order due to "missing information"--which is completely false, as they had my correct address, phone number, and all other details. What actually happened is that they raised the price of the laptops to $799.99 (an increase of $220) and chose to cancel my order rather than honor the price I had already paid, effectively trying to force me to buy them at the new, higher cost. It shows a total lack of respect for the customer and a lack of business integrity. I do not recommend shopping with them. The most irresponsible store I have ever come across.

He was very knowledgeable and efficient, getting everything set up in about an hour. When my phone was causing the CarPlay to glitch, he was very friendly and helped me troubleshoot until we got it working again. He was also reassuring and had great attention to detail, he was careful not to scratch my dashboard (something I was worried about) and the installation looks 100% professional. He even noticed one of my door speakers was going out and went out of his way to tune them a bit and recommend an affordable replacement on eBay. Instead of trying to sell me on something unnecessary, he gave me some pointers on how I could install it myself and save some money. It's always nice to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first like that. Really left a great impression and meant a lot. Matthew is definitely the guy to see if you need any car work done here!

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would and I am in the process of finding either a local…read moreprint shop to support moving forward or going to buy a new expensive printer at Costco for use. Over the past few weeks, I have visited this location multiple times to print on a specific type of sticker paper that I have used successfully on three prior occasions. Each time, the process was quick and straightforward, typically taking less than five minutes. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unexpected difficulty. The employee on duty was unable to complete my printing request and instead advised me that I needed to place an order. This process took approximately ten minutes to fill out and complete, which was quite different from my previous experiences which took less than 5 minutes to print these items and complete the check out process. The employee stated he has only been working there 2 weeks and that he didn't know what to do. He was the only employee working from Friday night through the entire weekend. I was instructed to return the following day after noon to pick up the order. When I returned, I was informed that the order had not been processed because the staff was unsure how to verify the paper type. While I understand that technical issues can arise, I found the situation quite disheartening, especially given the limited options available in Park City for printing services. I value Staples as a brand and have appreciated its convenience in the past; however, this experience has understandably diminished my confidence in the reliability of the service at this particular location. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger refused to address a customer issue- all around poor customer service. I don't foresee this last Staples location lasting much longer as their poor customer service will be the end of their demise.
