EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. Found out about Namify because the nonprofit that I was employed by used them for all of their…read moreprinting needs. I had never used them and at first I wasn't convinced they were worth the costs and time of dealing with an out of state printing vendor. I was glad to be wrong. Namify was so easy to work with and create new products with on their website or with our assigned salesperson. For our business account, we had a company portal where we could save logos and mockups for future orders. During my time with the company, we changed the logo with a company called Avenir and used their new updated logo to rebrand all of the company sites, letterhead, and printouts. We also purchased all of the board and staff badges with Namify. Their quality is excellent. I loved the magnet backed nametags! I've referred a few business owners to Namify in the past couple of years because their costs are competitive and reasonable and their quality is superb.

I called ahead and asked if this could be done the day I called knowing it was short notice and willing to pay extra. I expressed that we were in a hurry. the person I spoke to said he could fit it in. I assumed he meant that day since I had mentioned the urgency of the job. That part is completely my own fault because I didn't confirm a time frame. My main issue was when I called the next day to check on if my fathers urn had been finished I spoke to a different person who when i asked about if it was done and again expressed the urgency of the job he asked "well when do you need it by". I responded with "as soon as possible". He chuckled and said "well what does that mean?". what do you mean what does that mean? it means i needed it yesterday like i had mentioned to the other guy. I wasn't asking for the font to be perfectly matched, or anything fancy. I was literally asking for 4 numbers to I could get an urn to a mortuary to be used. I'm willing to admit I'm not also at fault for some of the confusion on time frame, but guy we are talking about an urn. I just lost my dad, dont be a smart ass with me. we got recommended to a place in Santaquin that got the job done inside an hour and even offered to drive the urn to the mortuary for us.
