I look forward to visiting this store whenever I get a chance when I'm in the area and there are special occasions happening. I LOVE supporting people and companies with such talent and I just love the service and talent they provide. My favorite thing to purchase here are the various balloon bouquets they have! I am always amazed by how gorgeous each set turns out with all the colors and designs they have! The receiver of a balloon gift is always so happy and they feel so celebrated! Tips when buying balloon bouquets: * Make sure you have enough room in your car. I put down the seats in my car to have enough room. * Make sure your car isn't hot inside and that the balloons don't touch the outside of your car trunk when putting them inside your vehicle. They can pop from the heat. * Best part is you can choose from a wide variety of color combinations! I would be prepared with a color scheme in mind.

This store definitely gets busy at certain times of the day, but I've found midday is usually the best time to go. Overall, I've had great experiences at this location.

Never trust them to enter it correctly. I just didn't think I needed to babysit a professional employee. That's why I gave them the address to enter it.

I'm not in a position to judge how Hans and his team handle large scale orders, which seems to be their forte, but if they treat you the same way they treated me (when they had no incentive to do so, sending me away would have been simple and understandable) then you're on track for a great day.

On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.
