They said they didn't give them over the phone but would email me a quote in 10 minutes. 70 minutes later I called and said I didn't get the quote. They said someone just sent it a few minutes prior to my 2nd call and I should receive it within the next 10 minutes. He seemed frustrated that he couldn't understand me because of my mask, but seeing as my father-in-law is currently battling covid in the ICU I felt it was appropriate to wear. Very quick and efficient service, and the price was the best I could find. I emailed three places to get a quote on some enlargements and AlphaGraphics responded quickly and had the pest price. The enlargements were printed and ready to be picked up that same day. I wanted the copies laminated as well but their lamination price was more than at another copy place near by. Had a few items printed including business cards and a second order. Cards were ok no complaints. However for the second document they printed in black and white after having requested full color. When picking up the re-print in color they not only wanted to charge me but they increased the cost from $30 to $80. After expressing dissatisfaction they offered to drop the price to $50 claiming that was the cost difference between B&W & color but not covering the cost we already paid. I would understand if it were $5-$10 more for color. But to go up more then 2x. Not cool. Even with the discount they were charging me an additional $40 as if it were a new order. I am treated like my small jobs are too insignificant every single time, and I'm tired of it. I have gone here because it's close by, but I'm done with them. When I went in I was told that there were orders ahead of me and if I wanted it printed right away I should go to the UPS Store. There were copiers behind this person that were not in use. Starting a new business we wanted some business cards from a local printer. The first thousand cards had spelling errors. We asked for a refund. They said it wasn't their fault. We ordered a second time and specifically asked them to check for spelling errors. The second thousand came back wrong again. $140 spent for two thousand misspelled business cards. Had a few commercial construction plan sheet that had to be turned into a city for permit. They had it ready the next morning. Then I learned that the plans were accepted and they needed another set. They went above and beyond and quickly ran another set while I was there to drop off the order. Could not be happier and will definitely use them for all my large printing needs. read more

LEHI STORE IS THE WORST AG I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I have now visited the Lehi store 5 times in the past year and EVERY TIME they get something wrong or make me wait a ridiculous amount of time for 5 copies, or make me feel like I'm putting them out by needing stuff printed. Today was the last straw. They over promised, under delivered and they did a crappy job. They weren't organized in the least AND it took them like 15 min just to check me out!!! I go to Alpha Graphics because in college i used the Provo Alpha Graphics and LOVED it. I will drive 20 miles one way to place an order at the Provo one from now on, seriously that is how ridiculous the Lehi AG is! If you are a little guy, don't bother going to the Lehi store, they could care less about you. Drive to another Alpha Graphics. I wish they would just close it down for walk-ins be because Lehi clearly can't handle simple orders, or hate people who want to place them. read more
