I used Business Promotion for a website that I was tasked with having done for my company in a rather short amount of time, and they did great work for what I consider a reasonable price for that sort of technical work. I checked around different companies before I chose them based on the examples of their work. One thing I really like about them is that their websites are all custom built and they worked with me over the phone and screen shares to figure out exactly what would work best. Its not just a standard wordpress or something cookie cutter and cliche. Not knowing that much about web design, them explaining things to me helped a lot to understand what is possible. Another thing is that the communication was consistent. At one point, something was taking a couple of days longer than they had anticipated, but they called me and let me know and I appreciated that. The site turned out very nice, and the CSR there even did a few follow up calls with me to ask how everything was working. The company is also hosting the site, and its very fast and I haven't had any troubles with it being down yet either. This time it is a negative one star! These people are unbelievable, they kept my credit card on file and charged it even after we terminated the contract with them. Be VERY careful!!. If you read my previous reviews you would discover that once you are trapped in the BP teeth they will not let you escape. It was a HUGE hassle to terminate my relationship with them as of October 2017. I started looking into hiring an attorney and only then Kenna Munson, a manager, interfered and resolved the issues and terminated my contract. A day after that, she had the audacity to call me and asked if she can send me a $50 Amazon card in exchange for removing my Yelp review. I refused the card and promised that I would update my review to reflect that she did step in and helped and that's what I did. Now it's Jan, 2018 and I was noticing recurrent $500 charges on my credit card that were shown as: "Google adwords". I didn't think much about it as I thought that my new marketing company is making these charges. When the amount exceeded $2000, I called my marketing company to inquire about the charges and was shocked to learn that it wasn't them. I had to spend 2 days calling the different departments of google until I learned that the charges were made by Business Promotion. They were charging me $500 twice a month! We immediately called Kenna and sent her an email. That was last Wednesday. Of course she did not reply for 2 days until I called and asked that she would call by the end of the day or I'm going to a lawyer. She called after 15 minutes and said that BP is not to be blamed as google was the ones who were charging incorrectly. When she was asked why the credit card was even still on file, she admitted that it is was indeed a mistake on BP side and asked for a day or two to call google and try to have google refund us. Today is Tuesday night at BP time and there is no answer. I am now forced to call my credit card company and claim fraudulent charges and have to deal with updating all my accounts that have the credit card on file for auto payment. Needless to say that I will make sure at this point that every dentist is aware of the quality of BP services and that i am taking this to every agency there is to protect customer right so that hopefully not many other fellow dentists can fall into the trap. read more

In response to the bad review and Utah BBB filing - they woke up. After getting a set of emails and calls with one of the executives from the company, they recognized the multiplicity of errors on their part and the breakdowns in communication. They refunded our fees completely and apologized. They also tried to go the extra mile by attempting to get us some free credits with Google but were unsuccessful. read more

I started using business promotions a few months ago and I can tell you this. Get ready to do a lot of work. I have the Platinum package, but they ill not give me an account manager, so I have to push for the next step. I am constantly needing for them to make corrections that should be obvious to nay designer for the website or content writer. I have to write most of my content is I want it to reflect our office. I have a year contract with them, so I'm hoping to see some results with the SEO, which they say will take a few months. If I don't, I probably would not continue with them in the future. read more

We have been working with BP now for several months. We have been very pleased so far with the service we have received. They built our website unique to our practice and designed it so that it represented the vibe of our practice. This company provides such bad treatment to their clients, that I cannot understand how they are still in business. This company provided shockingly overpriced, low grade services for websites that a 13 year old teenager could have done a better job creating. When we approached them regarding being disappointed by their work and their lack of interest in our business, or maintaining or updating a business website, there was no apology and minimal efforts to correct their poor service. Absolute thumbs down on this company. I have been very pleased with Business Promotion! I came to them with just an idea of how I wanted my new website to "feel" but I had no ideas beyond that. We spent a great deal of time working and reworking the design, wording, etc and throughout the entire process they were helpful, patient, and professional. We had problems with a false Yelp review and BP helped me get that all sorted out as well. Everything from the website, Facebook page, and appointment confirmation system has been handled very well. The only criticism I have (and the reason I didn't give 5 stars) is that at one point I was working with someone I felt to be void of any personality. I mentioned it to someone else at BP, they apologized and the next time I spoke with that person he was great (and every time after too). No big deal and no company is perfect every time...mine included. I would highly recommend BP to anyone. read more
