The monthly invoice has a subtle notification about Renewal. The only thing in 'bold' is the Amount Due.

This is an update to the response left by the business owner to my original review. It is ABSOLUTELY FALSE that you reached out to me "many times". You didn't even reach out to me by phone ONCE except for the one time to solicit me. No attempted phone call and no e-mail except the one from your VP in response to the BBB complaint, only doing the same thing you're doing here by telling me how I don't understand this great service that you're insisting I benefit from. So that's just more mendacity. And yet YOU accuse ME of misleading others? No. Auto-renewal was definitely not discussed in our phone conversation. And NO, the renewal notice is not in "large and bold" print on the invoice (see attached). And also 'NO', there was no separate notice about the renewal coming up last year. Every email and invoice is accounted for and they do not reflect what you said in your response. I've conceded in my original review that you only have the legal high ground (maybe), however, I'm merely putting out the "Buyer Beware". For every invoice I receive from you, I will pay it instantly, in compliance with contract law, but I will continue to warn others (as I told you that I would do) about your true lack of transparency. If you want to try to be transparent, why don't you say right here in the comments how exactly I've been benefiting from your service? How truly beneficial are your services if you're having to threaten clients with escalating to Collections in order to retain them? Do you think it's ethical to force your clients into a renewal just because "most companies" do this? Or because State law sanctions it? I would never dream of holding my clients to services against their will. Who do you think you are?

I did business with this company for many months and they do have great customer service and they…read moredo respond right away when I had questions and so in regards to that, they do a great job. However, I was disappointed with the results. Google looks at our websites and gives it an overall assessment based on what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. I asked Boostability to first go over my entire website and tell me what I'm doing wrong overall so that I can fix the big problems. In my opinion, doing that will help with google overall. Things like does a page need more text, or do I have pictures that need alt text added to them, are the descriptions and tag words for each page correct, etc. Anything needed to make sure I at least had the basics covered to make google happy, but Boostability wouldn't do that. They literally told me, "that's not what we do." Instead they wanted to leave my entire website with any and all of the mistakes it may have had that makes google unhappy and only work on one page at a time; and they said it could take many many months to get that one page to rank. I told them at that rate, it would take them 20 years to get through my entire website and get everything in good shape and ranking in the search results. Their answer was something like, just increase from ten hours a month to much more and we can get it all done faster. However, there is good news. I talked to Boostability recently after posting this review and they said that they will be implementing something new that will allow customers to now get what I had requested, a good website overview and a fix of any problems found. Then they'll move on to getting each page to rank. I think this is a good idea and I'm glad they're making the change. One of my biggest issues was their lack of transparency. I paid for ten hours a month and I wanted to know exactly what they were doing each month in those ten hours. When I logged in to my account I could see general things listed but nothing specific. Even after months of doing this, it was always the same old general things listed that didn't actually tell me what they did each month. And nothing on that page they were working on changed. And so whatever they were doing it wasn't on my website. I prefer to see what exactly the work is that their doing. If they're creating back links then I want them to send me a list of every back link they created for me so that I can see if those back links are valuable to my website or just a crappy website that's backlinking to my site. I made the suggestion when we last talked and maybe they'll make some adjustments here as well. After a couple of months, they finally made some suggestions to the text of the web page they were working on. They still hadn't done anything with the page description, or tag words, or anything else. But they did have text suggestions. I wasn't thrilled with the rewrites. The grammer wasn't very good and it seemed to be written by an amateur. I think what they were doing was creating text that would make google happy but text that wouldn't actually convert a customer. I needed them to also keep in mind that I need to tell explain what we offer and how we can help potential customers; not just write to make google happy. I didn't like the SEO outcome but Boostability has always been great with customer service and they worked with me in regards to what I paid since I wasn't happy.

He also did not disclose that he sends all requests over to the Phillipines where his design team is located. He does not design this himself. I have nothing wrong with other cultures or people. But when it comes to selling a product how is someone in the Phillipines going to know my product well and how to sell/appeal to someone in the U.S. When we first met with him he stated we could have a website mock up within 3 days. It has been 2 months and recieved nothing but a logo that is cookie cutter garbage. He will not answer calls or meet with you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I found out he has paid people to submit good responses about his business online. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! He will not refund our $1000. He has done nothing and we have signed nothing. In fact, you had a payment of $520 due on June 8th that I mistakenly did not bill you for, but should have. It is not right or ethical to take advantage of me and my company like this, and threaten me with a law suit when we have performed exactly according to our agreement, and exactly according to your instructions. You are most certainly not welcome at my home. I really am a nice guy. I try and do good and serve people daily. These accusations are coming out of no where. Since you've used our service well into the 2nd month, I think the most generous solution I'd be willing to offer is a refund of $400. This comes from our $3600 price point, which offers you 12 months of support, divided by 12 months equaling $300 per month. $300 times the 2 months is $600, hence a $400 refund. Again you are not welcome in my home, or on my property. If you accept this partial refund offer, I will prepare an agreement specifying the details of this refund, and email it to you to sign. I will also send you your partial refund electronically. Please do not call our phone number again. I specifically discussed Solution Reach's reputation for pulling this exact tactic--guess what? They pulled it on us as well. I highly recommend you consider other options. They did not honor his assurances. His Contacts Manager, John Fjeldsted, dismissed my experience with the company and basically told me tough luck. In my experience and in my opinion, this is not a reputable company to contract with. if they treat medical doctors this way, don't expect to be treated any better. Steer clear.

Although the customer services reps are very friendly, I sometimes question their training and…read moreknowledge of this program. CONSTANT syncing issues with our scheduling software and we are never informed, it's never noticed until patients mention to us "I didn't get a reminder" or "I didn't get that text message" even though it was sent by someone in the office. NO notification sent to the office that the message was not delivered to the patient. Spending hours on the phone for them to be remoted in to our computer trying to find a possible solution when I was told by our software provider they just need to submit a ticket to resolve the issue. Most times they are remoted into a computer that we are using for regular tasks which makes it unusable during that time. Also keeping staff on the line for that long to click around to try and find an issue that may or may not work just doesn't work for us or the business owner. Very often will call for help for technical problem (most recent ticket not showing up for example) - it will be resolved but it would happen again the next time. Temporary fixes for most issues. We have been with this company for about 10 years or longer. When we tried to end the contract due to dissatisfaction with service, we were told our contract had just renewed for the year so they would not discontinue service. We pay monthly, not annually, it's not like we paid up front for the entire year and wanted a refund, just wanted to discontinue service. Definitely recommend a different recall company other than solutionreach. Very dissatisfied with this service. Constant issues that take a days if not weeks for resolution most times.
