The integration with our PMS leaves much to be desired. We were told that the forms feature would make things so much easier for us. In fact, it has been a disaster. We do not even use the forms feature because it is not integrated fully with our system. It creates more work. That was one of the main selling features that caused us to make the switch from our previous company. Stay far away from Solutionreach. There are so many other better options out there. I must say how disappointed I am with EMarketing. I do not believe their salesman was completely…read moreopen and honest. I signed up for one of their internet programs. I was not aware that I would be charged until it was complete. However, they immediately charged me. After a few days they contacted me. They missed their first appointment. What the sales man failed to inform me is that there was a lot of prep on my side that needed to be performed. I contacted my sales guy and he indicated that they had other ways to achieve the results with not requiring me to do it all. He said they would contact me within a day and after 7 days no contact. I requested a manager to call. He called one time left message and that's it. I had to request him to call me again. He was not very helpful and basically says my charge is final as they did the work. After persisting to speak to a higher manager, he said that he would speak to the president. He called me less than 10 minutes later saying he president would not authorize a refund. I would have thought that Good customer service as the president I would have called myself. I do not recommend this company.
