Extremely professional team. They held my hand and guided me through the process of putting my site out there. We ran into an issue that my business (Health care) ran up against the big boys. I didn't have the time/money to fight against what those guys could do. First - Online Image did everything they good to get my site better face time. Second - When they couldn't, they admitted they couldn't. Third - They work another month to try new things to beat out the big boys. Finally - They admitted that nothing they did worked and refunded my costs for the month they were trying new things. To admit that you can't do something and then financially make it right not only impressed me, but shows how far they are willing to go to satisfy the customer. Online Image has been doing the Search Engine Optimization for my firm's website for over two years now and have provided consistent, excellent reliable services for a very reasonable price. My firm and Online Image used to share the same office building from 2009 to just the end of 2012 as well. In working so close to them on my firm's SEO needs as well as just as neighbors, my employees and I saw repeatedly that Online Image's computer programmers and developers are sharp people who pay attention to detail and are personable. I used another company for SEO from 2007 to 2009 before I found Online Image, and the other company kept raising their prices and soaked me and many other attorneys for monthly fees without the end product. But Online Image has kept its prices very reasonable and steady. When I was hunting for new SEO service provider, I called other SEO companies who were all much higher than Online Image and who made a lot of promises that - as I learned more about SEO technology - were not true. Then I met Russell Burnett as my office neighbor. He and his computer programmers and developers have stepped up to the plate and kept my firm website above most other attorneys here in the Salt Lake City area in a highly competitive field! Everyday these folks call me, and everyday we ask them not to call back again. Their sales guys are super courteous and always promise to take me off their call list, but apparently they just lie or have a horrible CRM system. I dunno. But their marketing tactics to business are aggressive and ridiculous. read more

Professional? As I decided not to renew their service after paying them thousands of dollars ... all of a sudden without notice all of my Google reviews now disappeared. I have been assured by them that once my new provider or myself take ownership that those reviews will come back yet as we terminated our relationship none of this was professionally advised from them. I find the above review to be hillarious...since that is the exact same thing that happened to me while I was a paid customer of theirs!! They did manage to get me some exposure for about three weeks and then all of the sudden my whole page (as well as any mention of me in subsequent websites) vanished! Poof, Houdini, Gone! When I called them to ask what was going on I got the run around and the run around and the run around. Those guys hyped up more BS than I knew was humanly possible! "We've got a team deployed on your case right now sir and I won't stop until we get you back to the top of Google because I care about your business sir, I won't rest until I have taken care of this problem...there is no way that you loose more sleep at nite over this sutuation than me" I call back a couple of weeks later..."Yes sir, we have really been plugging away at it sir, really making a dent, we will get you back to the top in no time at all". A month later I call in and I am hearing more b.s. by this time I tell him that I am sick of the crap I just want to know what has happened and what the solution is. I can not tell you how exhausting and how gruelling of an experience it was dealing with the folks at Online Image. I was paying them TOP DOLLAR and they eneded up taking a business that was already doing pretty good and absolutely DEYSTROYING their ONLINE IMAGE!!!! I really cant stress this enough. NOTHING IN THE LAST TEN YEARS HAS BEEN MORE DAMAGING TO MY SALES THAN HIRING THIS TEAM. read more
