She keeps doing all this extra legwork without talking to me and then charging me and taking away from my visitation balance. End it goes nowhere. she's incredibly aggressive and condescending and very very passive aggressive has also threatened me and said very inappropriate things completely unprofessional. and especially with somebody going through domestic violence situation. She's not handling a lot of her demeanor with care, not a lot of integrity. They're either threatening me and shaking me down for more money and then, when I pay it completely ghost me entirely. Why is this person even doing this job? because she's really not actually doing her job. Seems like a scam. Seems like she doesn't care about what she's actually doing. with the way she talks, it's manipulative and a bit abusive from the feedback I've gotten from other people As well. Even if we do get things back on track, I don't want her anywhere near me and my son while we are trying to hang out because her energy is absolutely not good it's uncomfortable and her aggression is triggering. I'm dealing with a civil case and a criminal case all involving abuse . And the way she's been acting and the financial abuse I've been going through, Just another disturbing part of the way our legal system treats women. you think she would know better? I have continued to pay her when I can but she shakes me down like a gangster. It's insane. The way you talk to people, especially in vulnerable situations is incredibly important. This is a person who demands respect, but really doesn't have the capability of actually looking at the way she's acting towards people. not everyone in the system is capable of taking accountability.

Terrafirma handled my case with the upmost professionalism and decorum. They handled false accusations directed at their supervisors with grace and without missing a beat.
