Have worked with this company for a few years, and I LOVE it! It is true that at one point they did not have a phone number, but after much complaining, they finally fixed that. I would be really hard pressed to replace this company! They do all of my confirmation calls to remind patients about their upcoming appointments, and they remind them if they are due or past due! There are a lot more helpful things they do for our office, that I can't mention them here. I don't think they are a scam at all. Been well worth the money in times savings alone. Terrible company to work with. They have poor business practices and have an auto renewal clause in their contract. They do not comply with the law and do not inform customers when renewal is approaching. They have been very difficult to work with. Extremely poor customer service. The integration with our PMS leaves much to be desired. We were told that the forms feature would make things so much easier for us. In fact, it has been a disaster. We do not even use the forms feature because it is not integrated fully with our system. It creates more work. That was one of the main selling features that caused us to make the switch from our previous company. Stay far away from Solutionreach. There are so many other better options out there. As i see, other reviews confirm my experience with this company. Horrible customer service. I signed up with them when i Bought a retiring doctor out to continue with services to not change thinsh around drastically. 5 years later when i realized that i am paying way over the range for the same services other companies provide i contacted customer service. The customer service mentioned that they will have the rep assigned to my company to call me back to cancel. I have never met this rep nor spoken to him in 5 years. not even sure if i talked to him back in 2021. he emails me back and of course says that contract keep renewing and i cannot cancel. he is also very offended that i am cancelling and keeps asking me the reason i am cancelling. After repeating for the Nth time that i am cancelling because i like to consolidate my online software as well as price being high he insisted i cannot cancel. After i asked him to provide me with law required renewal notices he never got back to me and couple of months later send me to a collection company which makes solution reach icon of professionalism. stay away from this company there are many other better and more reasonabke companies out there. I dont think they realize it is 2026 and there are plenty of software companies out there providing the same services. In the era of AI everything, patient appt reminders and texting appt reminders aint rocket science. I am actually in process of retaining an attorney to stop collection harrasment. They used to be a great company but that ship has long sailed. They jack up the monthly cost multiple times a year and when you try to cancel they refuse to acknowledge your request and keep billing your credit card indefinitely. When you ultimately cancel your credit card they send your account to a harassing collection agency that threatens to ruin your business credit unless you pay the balance plus a ridiculous extra amount in fees. read more

I specifically discussed Solution Reach's reputation for pulling this exact tactic--guess what? They pulled it on us as well. I highly recommend you consider other options. They did not honor his assurances. His Contacts Manager, John Fjeldsted, dismissed my experience with the company and basically told me tough luck. Although the customer services reps are very friendly, I sometimes question their training and knowledge of this program. CONSTANT syncing issues with our scheduling software and we are never informed, it's never noticed until patients mention to us "I didn't get a reminder" or "I didn't get that text message" even though it was sent by someone in the office. NO notification sent to the office that the message was not delivered to the patient. Spending hours on the phone for them to be remoted in to our computer trying to find a possible solution when I was told by our software provider they just need to submit a ticket to resolve the issue. Most times they are remoted into a computer that we are using for regular tasks which makes it unusable during that time. Also keeping staff on the line for that long to click around to try and find an issue that may or may not work just doesn't work for us or the business owner. Very often will call for help for technical problem (most recent ticket not showing up for example) - it will be resolved but it would happen again the next time. Temporary fixes for most issues. We have been with this company for about 10 years or longer. When we tried to end the contract due to dissatisfaction with service, we were told our contract had just renewed for the year so they would not discontinue service. We pay monthly, not annually, it's not like we paid up front for the entire year and wanted a refund, just wanted to discontinue service. Definitely recommend a different recall company other than solutionreach. Very dissatisfied with this service. Constant issues that take a days if not weeks for resolution most times. read more

Be aware! We I became dissatisfied with services and tried to get assistance through the customer support lines, there was absolutely no help or resolution at all. Very difficult to contact support and get any rep to help. I have attempted to cancel service 3 times with no success. I no longer use the service but continue to get monthly invoices for services I no longer receive. Questionable ethics, horrible customer service, unrealistic business policies. Very difficult company to work with - check other companies that provide these systems for better support, realistic business practices, less expensive and better access to problem resolutions. Worst company I have ever tried to work with. They were horrible customer service 10 years ago and thought I would try again and I should have known better. They are just as horrible now. They never set up the account to use in my practice and never respond back to any of my calls and emails. Stay away! The recall system doesn't recall the patients that it's supposed to recall. We noticed that we weren't getting a lot of phone calls and found out that solutionreach changed our settings without informing us. This is a loss of tens of thousands of dollars over the course of 6 months. It was excuse after excuse. They offered me a credit of $300. And they never had an "engineer" look at the issue. They just guessed as to what they "think" the problem is. We will be looking into another program. Save yourself the headache and loss of income from this program. read more

We've tried a few appointment reminder platforms and Solutionreach was BY FAR the best.  We had a difficult time trying to integrate other tools with our system, but with Solutionreach it was really easy and we had no issues.  It's got a lot of great features like two-way messaging, recall, scheduling, and more.  We've had no problems with their customer service, they are very friendly and quick to respond. It's really helped streamline things with our front office and we couldn't be happier! read more

Recently, they have been blocked by major e-mail carriers (Google for example) and their communication with our patients has caused huge concerns. While the software does have some great features, their customer service is horrible. We've used them for over two years and are currently trying to cancel our subscription. We had great customer service with the sales rep before we signed up and every since then it's been incredibly difficult to talk to anyone who can do anything to help you solve whatever questions you have. Currently they won't return our calls or messages and there is only one person at the company who you can to talk to in order to cancel their services. When we first signed up, there weren't as many companies that worked with our dental practice management software and had also had the same features. But now there are a lot more options so I'd defiantly say you can find a better alternative. Save yourself some frustration and take your business elsewhere. read more

Finally gave up and after being good customers for 4 years I've cancelled our 3 medical office accounts. The technical support is worse than non existent. 10 days we're down, about 24 cumulative hours on the phone(mostly on hold) trying to get this fixed, 3 case managers, 3 supervisors and nothing. When I finally told them to cancel the accounts I get the "Oh we're so sorry" phone call and "let me get our best team working on it". Nope, I wanted the best team 10 days ago. Solutionreach admitted that their current tech support were poorly trained due to covid. Sorry, not an excuse. If you can't service your product properly you can't service my practice. Don't be fooled by their promises. They don't deliver. Even after cancelling the service they continued to contact our patients which is a major violation. Just be aware that you get sucked in to their vortex and have to fight to get out. We are so sorry that we signed up with them. I suggest you look elsewhere and you will get more for half the price. We ended up having to turn it over to our legal council to resolve it. We even had all the email correspondence that clearly put SolutionReach in a very dishonest position. Shame on them. read more

The software would constantly disconnect from our CRM/booking program, even though we were assured they were compatible. Then when we tried to cancel our contract (within the cancellation period) they continuous sent me to voicemail and then returned my calls outside of office hours, even after specifically telling them my hours of availability they would call before the office opened. For 3 months i left multiple voicemails per week, with no response. I opened 3 tickets through their online "support" portal. no response. They then charged our credit card for an additional month and tried to tell me that the account was not active and that the charge didn't happen... they then kept "forgetting" to issue us a refund for the additional month charge. Ended up disputing the charge with the credit card just to end the battle. Completely horrific customer service. Would NOT recommend. read more

I am so disappointed. I have been using Solution Reach for a few years and did not really have complaints until now. Now I would like to quit the services and I cannot get someone to cancel my service. I sit on hold for hours at a time and then they tell me no one is available to take care of this, that they will call me when they have time. Funny they have time to sign you up but not enough time to cancel which should be very quick. They automatically renew contracts every year without requiring signatures which means in 2 weeks they will auto renew me even though I want out. This is terrible customer service!!! read more

If we can give them 0 star, we would. We have been loyal client of Solution Reach for about 5 years and everything was smooth sailing so we didn't have to call them since whoever picks up the phone seemed to just be operators and always need someone to call us back. December 2021, our online appointment scheduler stopped working and it was a complete nightmare trying to get them to fix it (and it was never fixed). It took a lot of phone calls going back and forth because they kept saying the case manager would call back but never did so we had to keep following up with them (when it should've been the other way around). They even promise twice that the case manager would call us and the manager never did. How do you drop the ball twice? They keep saying that it's our Open dental software's problem so I had to connect them to our dental software support and pay $150 support fee and our Open dental software support said it is not their software's problem. After 4 month of their complete incompetence and inability to fix their basic online scheduling, we gave up. Another month went by and now their reviews invitation fuction doesn't work either! Called them and they do the same roundabouts of how their "engineers" will work on it and more than a month went by with no word from them. At this point, we are stuck in the contract and just waiting for it to end this September. They have really gone down the tubes with their lack of basic computer competency and responsiveness. They can't even fix their main features which is online scheduling and review invitations. It almost felt like they are scammers with empty shell of the Solution Reach company. Has good features but absolutely terrible support. Promises are not kept and follow-up non-existent. Service drops out every 3-5 weeks and take 3-5 days to restore. Always blaming their SR-Sync and update protocols. " So sorry Mr. Robert for your troubles .... Please let me message your assigned technician ...". Well, 2 days later after we keep calling, we finally learn what might have happened and are told that we are trying to connect to your/our server. WE DON'T HAVE A SERVER. We've been using cloud services since we started with Solution Reach but the technician still spends 2 days tracking down something outside our profile. When I try to report the poor support, I get routed to the same technicians who, then again -- Fail to Follow-Up! Imagine that? read more

This company over-promised and under-delivered. Our rep disappeared for several months, yet we were charged for a service that wasn't even configured yet. When we found out that we couldn't customize voice reminders, we tried to end the contract, but they held us to the year. They had told us they would credit us for the 4 months we were charged when the system wasn't ready, but they never did. Instead they charged us for the full year and then kept charging us.
