Have worked with this company for a few years, and I LOVE it! It is true that at one point they…read moredid not have a phone number, but after much complaining, they finally fixed that. I would be really hard pressed to replace this company! They do all of my confirmation calls to remind patients about their upcoming appointments, and they remind them if they are due or past due! There are a lot more helpful things they do for our office, that I can't mention them here. I don't think they are a scam at all. Been well worth the money in times savings alone. The customer service mentioned that they will have the rep assigned to my company to call me back to cancel. I have never met this rep nor spoken to him in 5 years. not even sure if i talked to him back in 2021. he emails me back and of course says that contract keep renewing and i cannot cancel. he is also very offended that i am cancelling and keeps asking me the reason i am cancelling. After repeating for the Nth time that i am cancelling because i like to consolidate my online software as well as price being high he insisted i cannot cancel. After i asked him to provide me with law required renewal notices he never got back to me and couple of months later send me to a collection company which makes solution reach icon of professionalism. stay away from this company there are many other better and more reasonabke companies out there. I dont think they realize it is 2026 and there are plenty of software companies out there providing the same services. In the era of AI everything, patient appt reminders and texting appt reminders aint rocket science. I am actually in process of retaining an attorney to stop collection harrasment. It may cost me more but they are crossing the legal lines alot and they hope bullying will lead to get what they want.
