However, they dug in and in a couple of hours called to say it could be done and that day even! They completed the work in exactly the time they said and were very reasonable in price. Best custom t shirt printing place in sandy, all of Utah maybe the solar system. I used these guys in 2015 to make t shirts for a cancer run we did. I called all the shops in the city. I worked with Mill he was incredible. It's like the Jet Blue of t shirt companies. In 2016, I worked with Edward. He was really accommodating, sharp and took good care of us. The fact that I feel bad writing this is proof positive that I'm just too nice, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience. It's a long story, but I'm going to try and sum it up. End of August: started looking for printers to do my wedding invitations. I emailed a few people, and upon the recommendation of a co-worker I included Sunrise Press. They were local, and I am a firm believer in spending my money locally whenever I can. They emailed me back saying they would be happy to give me a bid, and they even offered to stay open for me so I could stop by after work. The owner seemed nice enough, but I kept getting the feeling he was being put out by the fact I was there (um, you offered to stay open late for me, pal). I brought in a thumb drive of the images I needed, but he didn't look at them, although I offered it to him twice. I told him that I had based the number of prints on how they were laid out. He quoted me $235 for the job but didn't offer me a paper bid to take with me. I asked him if I could have the project by September 25, he said yes, no problem. Sept 9: I emailed them the images with the counts I needed. Sept 12: Still in the dark so I called and asked if they would have the time to do my job because I hadn't heard from them. They assured me that they did in fact have time and asked for me to send it AGAIN, but to a different email. Sept 13: Doug called and said the formatting was wrong and he needed ME to fix it. Although he did take the time to walk me through it I was peeved because isn't this HIS job? I told him that reformatting my job to a single image each was going to change the quantities and I would include those in the email. I busted my butt while at work to get it fixed and sent over within the hour as time was not a luxury I had. I never received a proof to approve, notice the job was started, or even received. September 25: (Date requested) Nothing. No call, no invites, nothing. September 26: Called and asked where my job was. Put on hold for five minutes by witch on a power trip while she located my order. She then tells me they were "very busy" and she would call back. I reached out to a friend who gave me two plan B's (Presto Print and Documart). I called, explained my situation, and they both managed to get me bids in LESS THAN AN HOUR, and $30.00 cheaper! Witchy-poo called back, said they were very busy and my job wouldn't be ready until THE NEXT DAY at 5:30. I called fiancée to see what we should do, and he said go with one of the other ones. I called witchy poo back and told them that since they couldn't give me a straight answer and deliver on time I got two other bids that are $30 cheaper that will deliver when promised so I'm cancelling my order. Almost immediately Witchy Poo calls my VM and tells me my job is done, I'm obligated to pay for it, and that I'm expected to pick it up before end of business. Um, ok. I was just told that it WASN'T going to be ready until the next day and when I try to cancel it's miraculously done? Unacceptable. I called back and spoke with John. I told them what's going on, how Witchy Poo treated me, and that I've been MORE than patient while they continuously drop the ball on me. I asked point blank if my job was done or not, because if not don't even bother to start it. He said that it was finished, I told them I would be by after work. When I arrived everything looked good, paid, thanked them, and was glad to finally be done with them. When I got home I realized in my haste I failed to look at the invoice and found they had printed the quantities I had given them BEFORE they called me and had me reformat everything. Irrational Bride broke loose so I sicced Fiancée on them. They admitted their mistake, and said it would be fixed by midday Monday. Sept 30: Midday-nothing. I called at 3:00 to find out what was up. Doug said they had some jobs come up that needed to be done ASAP so they bumped mine. NOT ok. YOU'RE FIVE days late delivering, YOU screwed up, and YOU said they would be done at midday TODAY, yet MY job is the one that is being pushed? He then said it would be ready at 4:30. When I got there I was barely acknolwedged, waited ten minutes while they got my crap, and then treated me like I was putting THEM out for being there and holding them to their word. I was not offered any sort of discount or a reimbursement, and was given a half-hearted apology with the excuse that "they've been really busy". If they were so busy why was I told at the start my simple order would be 'no problem'? Bottom line is this: if you don't care when you get your stuff, want to be treated like your money is worthless, and stressed out unnecessarily, Sunrise Press is for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. If this is how they do business I want to know how they've managed to stay open for 25 years. My advice? Go to Presto Print or Documart. WAY more professional and actually values your time and money. read more

I've been using Sunrise Press for years. We have had them do the invitations for five weddings over the past 9 years, and they were awesome! They have also done jobs for my husbands business. He was very pleased with the quality and service. I only wish they had an office in Logan because it's a long drive down to Sandy.
