The man that I spoke with said because I needed it by the weekend (i should have clarified by the end of the weekend) which shouldn't have been necessary anyway because I was told it's be done same day, and said I didn't want to be "pushy" i Was being referred elsewhere. I guess my business is not good enough. Very disappointing. Update*** the place they referred me to, T customz at Valley Fair was absolutely incredibly helpful and made it easy and fast to get what I needed. That man was ready to take my business and did every little detail that I asked of him in less than an hour. So I guess there was good that came out of this! Thank you!

I needed to embroider a baseball cap for my dad for his birthday. I had never gotten embroidery done before so I made a last minute decision to do this gift. Habi from Embroidery Warehouse answered my call after I had scoured the internet for help. Everywhere else was behind on work and wasn't willing to take the time to do a simple baseball cap with 7 letters to embroider. But Habi not only took time in between other work to do my hat, but he took the time to find the right lettering, the right size, and the right colors for me. He even printed out a test piece to show me before he started. Habi was so kind and friendly and was more than willing to work with me on the price. I will be coming back for sure! The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I ordered additional fabric via their website (it was on preorder), and the two kits I purchased were supposed to ship by the end of September. It was well into the first week of October and I hadn't received any updates on my pre-order for the Halloween and Christmas kits. Despite my attempts to reach out, their phone didn't actually ring, which left me feeling disappointed with their customer service for online orders. I've texted and finally got a response asking for my order number but no further updates after that. A week or so later, my two kits arrived at my doorstep. I just wish there was a bit more communication... Even with that being said, I would still return for in-person shopping and placed another online order that shipped promptly. Sewtopia is a must-visit for anyone who loves sewing, with a fantastic selection of fabric, patterns, kits, notions, and even some fun goodies...all reasonably/competitively priced.
