It was well into the first week of October and I hadn't received any updates on my pre-order for the Halloween and Christmas kits. Despite my attempts to reach out, their phone didn't actually ring, which left me feeling disappointed with their customer service for online orders. I've texted and finally got a response asking for my order number but no further updates after that. A week or so later, my two kits arrived at my doorstep.
