The atmosphere was inviting, making it a great place to explore and get inspired for future projects. It's clear this is a locally owned business, and the owners have truly created a welcoming space for the sewing community. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I ordered additional fabric via their website (it was on preorder), and the two kits I purchased were supposed to ship by the end of September. It was well into the first week of October and I hadn't received any updates on my pre-order for the Halloween and Christmas kits. Despite my attempts to reach out, their phone didn't actually ring, which left me feeling disappointed with their customer service for online orders. I've texted and finally got a response asking for my order number but no further updates after that. A week or so later, my two kits arrived at my doorstep. I just wish there was a bit more communication... Even with that being said, I would still return for in-person shopping and placed another online order that shipped promptly.
