After two in-home service visits from two different technicians and spending four and a half months with a repair shop in Michigan, the problem still wasn't resolved. Amann was the one who quickly identified the real issue with the machine. His diagnosis was prompt, his pricing was very fair, and he took the time to patiently explain what needed to be done. He also gave me thoughtful options to either repair or replace the machine, without any pressure. To top it off, he went above and beyond by sourcing a replacement motor for me. My previous experiences with out-of-state repair vendors had been far from ideal, so working with Amann was a refreshing change. I had no idea this place existed until this week! I needed heart cut outs for a work project and…read morenothing was going to ship in time. I called Heartfelt to see if they had any paper heart cut outs or die cuts, and the woman I spoke with say I could purchase paper and cut out the hearts with their die cuts machine myself! When I got there and she realized how many I needed, she offered to have her team cut them out for me see i needed 100. She was already doing it for another customer and did it for me too! They were ready within an hour. The store itself is super cute. Lots of arts and crafts and scrapbooking supplies, and a bunch of tables to the right when you walk in. Three women were scrapbooking together on the tables! Love this place, great customer service and can't wait to come back.

The classes are taught by Denise, who's pretty much a sewing celebrity in my eyes. :) This year's BOM choices are batik and Christmas themed. Denise is so patient in her teaching the entire roomful of quilters, ranging from beginner to advanced. She explains things well and I appreciate that she demonstrates the block assembly steps with a closeup camera on the projector screen. When I go in, most of the ladies and Logan are kind and personable. Sure, sometimes they're busy, and can't really talk, but they're helpful when they have the opportunity to engage. On a personal note, I think some of these negative reviews are unfair and kinda prejudiced.. Perhaps their own sour attitudes have been projected onto these ladies that spend their work days cutting lots of fabric and answering calls. They're not catty or mean, as portrayed in certain reviews. No offense, but it's not their fault that you don't know how to thread your inherited sewing machine. Look on YouTube or consult your manual. It's not their fault if you don't monitor your own machine's warranty. Read your paperwork. It shouldn't hurt your feelings if an employee tells you Nuttall's doesn't sell yarn.

I have recently began doing more reviews because I feel that good businesses and employees should be acknowledged more. Patient service, nice selection of fabric for many of our sewing projects, and even for our garments. Good selection of cotton, cotton gauze, linen blends, and good prices and value when we shop. Every other week they have very good discounts and it's throughout the year, check out their ad online or the app. We have lived in Utah about two years and we have not been received with much welcoming by many people. We are Christian non denominational and I wear a Headscarf as in 1 Corinthians 11 shows for New Testament believers. Well in Utah we have been confused with Muslim and also being Latina we have encountered much racism ( which is not right to be racist to any race or religion by the way) Not at Hobby Lobby everyone has been respectful and welcoming. The workers at Hobby Lobby have been kind and engaging. Unlike in some places or stores we visit we have Peace and Joy when we go shopping for our sewing projects. I wish I knew names but everyone from the ladies cutting fabric to the cashiers have been very sweet and nice. I happy to know that the Manager at this location has been making good decisions about who works there and how they treat their customers. I hope God blesses the workers and their families and that they keep encouraged to do the work of The Lord. The Holy Spirit has been doing great things at this location and I know God smiles as He sees employees who are working for His Glory and who treat others with kindness.
