When I got there and she realized how many I needed, she offered to have her team cut them out for me see i needed 100. She was already doing it for another customer and did it for me too! They were ready within an hour. The store itself is super cute. Lots of arts and crafts and scrapbooking supplies, and a bunch of tables to the right when you walk in. Three women were scrapbooking together on the tables! Love this place, great customer service and can't wait to come back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions I had, including picking out fabric for a couple of patterns. They were so patient! The atmosphere was inviting, making it a great place to explore and get inspired for future projects. It's clear this is a locally owned business, and the owners have truly created a welcoming space for the sewing community. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I ordered additional fabric via their website (it was on preorder), and the two kits I purchased were supposed to ship by the end of September. It was well into the first week of October and I hadn't received any updates on my pre-order for the Halloween and Christmas kits. Despite my attempts to reach out, their phone didn't actually ring, which left me feeling disappointed with their customer service for online orders. I've texted and finally got a response asking for my order number but no further updates after that. A week or so later, my two kits arrived at my doorstep. I just wish there was a bit more communication... Even with that being said, I would still return for in-person shopping and placed another online order that shipped promptly. I recently witnessed an interaction at Hobby Lobby that was disappointing. A group of young girls…read morewere looking through the squishies section and appeared excited to browse the products. At one point, a worker stood there next to this group of girls and waited for them to leave. There was a toy accidentally dropped and picked up by debbie, when one of the girls was trying to pick it up. What concerned me was the way an employee named debbie spoke about the girls afterward. She referred to them as "sloppy girls" and "brats" and complained about them within earshot. Regardless of whether merchandise needed to be put back, I found the comments unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. One of the girls tried to pick up the toy, but felt uncomfortable by Debbie being there, staring. Young customers deserve to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. Retail employees certainly deal with challenges throughout the day, but speaking negatively about customers where they can hear it creates an unwelcoming environment. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism.
