A signed Olympic flag, Olympic photographs of my son winning gold in the Paris 2024 Olympics and a souvenir gold medal. They framed the souvenir medal as promised. I showed them some sample photographs and gave them a library of excellent photos from which they were to choose/print and frame while checking with me. They only framed the sample photographs and never looked at the library of better photos. One of the sample photographs was slightly larger than 4 x 6 but they crammed it into a 4 x 6 cut out, obstructing some of the critical details. The flag was to be framed and placed over a blue background, but have white material under the white flag so the blue background did not show through. They did not do that. They framed the flag to be extremely wrinkled. Just not a good job. The blue background shown through the flag, not good. It was a full size flag, plus the frame so it was turned out to be very LARGE. I rented a pickup truck to get the flag but it did not fit in the pick up truck bed. I drove it home in the rain, hanging out of the bed. They failed to tell me they had delivery service! When I got home and examined things, they had mounted the flag upside down. I called them. They offered me 20% off the photo frame. They picked up the flag and did a decent job and then delivered it back to me. Just not a great experience. Especially with something so important. The photos are still disappointing. I needed the same things framed for another home we own. I went to one of those discount hobby shops, and had the same framing done. They got everything right the first time at half of the price. Literally.

This last time I went…read morethe owner, Jared (If I heard correctly) , gave me a discount on cartridges that were returned due to them not being the correct ones for another customer so essentially they were still brand new. I wouldn't have minded paying full price because I was in a bind to get contracts printed for my business, ASAP. Unfortunately there was a little bump in the road because my printer wasn't reading the cartridges. So I took the printer in to the store and I was expecting that I was going to leave the printer and come back at a later time but nope right then and there he attended me and managed to get them fixed in less than 15 minutes! Also, while he was problem solving the printer he offered to print anything I needed in case he couldn't get it to work in the meantime I didn't even ask him he just offered it. And on top of all that he said when the new cartridges come in for my style of printer he would give me a call and give me a whole set for free for "my trouble".. The service was outstanding! I don't write reviews very often and especially for a office material type business but more people need to be aware of the quality of business this is. They care about you and do they're best to make a inconvenient situation into a great experience. Thank you!!

Its just very strange that instead of trying to make this right you decide to respond to my yelp review instead. Once again, very unprofessional. Also, the other company you referred me to doesn't even provide the service that I was looking for and that why we came back to you and I told you that over the phone. You also still have one of our original shirts we gave you to color match the new order we placed since you did the other ones a different color, so we thought we might as well try one more time. That was obviously a mistake. But what really set off your terrible service today is how you spoke to me over the phone. You're rude and can't take accountability. You told me over and over again that it would take a week and you'd call me. A week would go by and you would never call which then forces me to CALL YOU. The only thing you should be irritated about is how your follow through is horrid and that you need to work on dealing with customers a lot better. I've done nothing but communicate respectfully with you and I couldn't even get that back in return. I wasn't calling every other day, I would call when YOU TOLD ME it would be ready. And when I called, it never was. When you talk about meeting me at Office Depot to give us our items it was because you didn't have it completed in a timely manner (once again) and I needed it. So you brought it to me because you dropped the ball on that. And this "bill" you claim was unpaid for 5 months was never even sent to us. You never called or texted us once and when I searched for it in our emails it was no where to be found. You couldn't even pull it up on your end so I'm starting to think you never even sent it. We only became aware of it because we came in to place another order and when you told us that we took care of it. Don't act like we were trying not to pay you. Ha! It was like $100. Lastly, if your company cannot function in a timely manner and if you continue to not have "enough inventory" then don't even take us on as a customer or simply communicate that this will take you 3 months to get a small order done. All you've done was waste our time and then catch an attitude when you're in the wrong and then referred me to a company that doesn't even do what I needed. I hope in the future you can conduct yourself in a more honest and righteous manner. Rude, unprofessional, and a liar! The owner there (Matt) constantly lies about when he would have things done and when I would call to follow up he would always have a bad attitude and get upset that I was calling. We've made several orders with him before and he always dropped the ball and would always ignore our calls. It got so bad that we had to call off of another number and then he would answer right away not knowing it was us. This last order was literal on shirt and two beanies that we ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is now 12.9.22 and he still hasn't gotten it done and was rude and unprofessional when I call to follow up on it today. We tried to support another local business but unfortunately bad business is BAD BUSINESS! Save yourself some time and find another business that is honest and actually know how to treat people and provide the service that they are SUPPOSED
