What was so wonderful about this place is the people. Ana, with whom I really enjoyed talking, is kind, genuinely nice, and knowledgeable. I ended up returning there the next day with husband (yes I loved the place that much), and got to talk to their staff framer and exchanged our experiences framing pastel paintings. Immediately the woman inside treated me as though I was probably to young and wouldn't be able to afford this. Through the entire process she reminded me I could get a cheaper frame elsewhere. Which is not what I was looking for, I have a large piece that I payed good money for and would like to display properly. I will say she educated me on proper care but once again just jumped back into cheaper options that would've eventually done damage to the piece. While I will still be getting this piece framed professionally, it won't be here. Frustrated that I thought this was the best place to go and this was my experience.
