I will say she educated me on proper care but once again just jumped back into cheaper options that would've eventually done damage to the piece. When I called them about the error the person who answered was rude, and belligerently confrontational. Her answer was "Well I didn't make the mistake, it was someone else here". Frankly don't care who in the shop made the mistake, this is someone I care about's Christmas gift, and it's wrong. The lack of care or customer service is outstanding. Do not use this business.
