I have a five year old HP LaserJet printer that gets very little use. When I installed the new cartridge, the printed pages were still dim and streaky. Just to be sure, I replaced the new cartridge with the other new one and got the same result: dim and streaky. Thinking that the printer had other problems, I took it to Office Imaging Systems. Mr. Nelson looked it over and quickly determined that the printer was fine, it was the new toner cartridge that was bad. He replaced it with one from his supply and everything now works well. Who knew that you could get not one but two defective official HP cartridges in the same shipment from Amazon?? Thanks to Office Imaging Systems for saving us time, bother, and money on this printer repair!

My new living room couch was delivered today and I simply couldn't be more thrilled. Jen was wonderful when we came in and made the purchase a few months ago and was kind in keeping me updated on its progress, as it came in from Italy. I have always been kindly treated when entering the store, offered coffee or water, and am left alone unless I tell them I need help. That's the way I like it. Mike sounded so excited when he called to tell me the couch was finally in Salt Lake. We celebrated over the phone together. I love this store and will surely be back!!
