I would not give this place one star with a choice for comments. But had to- Very rude when I asked about the quality of my printed Christmas cards. Thought I was getting professionalism but this kid could care less! He dismissed my concerns- acted put out and didn't seem to know how to correct the problem So I took it and left. Highly impressed with the staff when I came in on s Tuesday afternoon. I was making a business run for some office supplies and upon entering I was immediately greeted by a man (who's name I unfortunately didn't catch) and he directed me right away to the exact location of both items I needed. I was impressed, and was able to run in and get my items, pay, and get back to work all within a short time frame. I commend the employees for knowing their store and knowing where items are where unlike a lot of visits I've had at other stores, employees seemed clueless and quite frankly rather rude. 5 stars to this Office Depot, keep up the great work! read more

I came in today to get my COVID vaccination card laminated for free. The staff were well organized and handling the volume of customers very well. Another customer advised me against laminating my card, which I thanked her for her opinion, and the staff later clarified that they'd be making a copy, so my original is still able to be updated in the event I need a booster. I was already aware of this, but it was great to see the way they handled the situation. Well done! read more

Clean and laid out well. Staff is minimal so if you need help you will need to seek someone out, but otherwise, they have a decent selection of the items you probably came in for. read more

Phillip has been one of the nicest big box store associates I have ever met. I came in and needed help with a same day business card printing. I am used to coming into an office supply store with a specific need and observing people who hate their jobs and have no problems wearing their emotions on their sleeve. I would like to recognize Shane Mack as being an outstanding employee of the Office Depot in Bountiful. There were some problems with an order I had placed on a desk and the assembly that was also ordered. Rather than trying to satisfy me by doing the bare minimum of checking on the history of what was the status of my desk and assembly, he put in as much time as it would take to track down the order, watch the video of my purchase to make sure that all information had been entered in correctly and then called Apollo, waiting on the phone for some time, to get the correct answers as to why my desk had not been assembled as originally scheduled. He found all the answers. He did everything to my satisfaction. I rarely see this kind of customer service. He is an awesome representative of the company and I would ask for him and recommend him to anyone going into the Bountiful store. Went to look at new computers, (I got the blue screen of death for the fifth time in about four weeks) so before it totally crashed needed to replace it!. Tom, the store manager spent about an hour with us going over all the different laptops and desktops to find the right one for me! Walked out with a brand new HP 17 inch laptop fast processor lots of memory and a terabyte of hard drive! Gave us a great deal since it was the last one! read more
