They ladies in this location are the sweetest and helpful team! They got what I needed in one go! Amazing!! We decided at the last minute to make a Christmas card out of a small painting I had done. I had planned to use one of the online services - then heard an ad on the radio for PostNet in Draper. Not only did they have a special going for Christmas cards, PostNet turned the whole project around in 3 days! I was able to work with their graphic designer to make changes and really tweak in the card. Something I never could have done with an on-line vendor. Needed a mailbox. Walked in and though they were with another customer I received a very warm greeting and acknowledgement from a young lady named Liza. She helped a gentleman with his fingerprints as I patiently waited for my turn. Several people came in to pick up packages and Liza greeted each with a kind hello and multitasked to provide assistance to everyone who came through, including the delivery guy trying to come through the locked back door. She ran to the back door and came back with a smile. She finished with the customer getting fingerprints, all the while engaging them in conversation. The young lady was in the customer service zone; a multitasking pro. My turn.... Got my mailbox. Could not believe she had recently started this job. I have been going to POSTNET for the last six years since I moved to Draper. They are such friendly helpful people. They treat you like you are their only customer. I have recommended them to many people. I am always greeted and Linda remembers something about me to talk about. I was there earlier this week. Someone came in to get a document laminated. This location is run by wonderful talented sharp people. Friendly and extremely customer oriented. I have a mail drop box with them. They have provided Notary Public services to me along with forwarding assistance. The owner remembers my name no matter the length of time between visits. If you want great service use this Draper location. I live 30 miles away but still keep driving to this office because of the way I am consistently treated. read more

Absolutely horrible experience with PostNet!!! I have never left a bad review for a company but had the worst customer service. Wish I could give zero stars. I called for a quote on an enlarged poster print. I was given a price of $5.99 for color. I emailed my prints over and then was called late in the day and told it would be $45 for each poster I needed!!! I was blamed for the jump in price that I "made" her give me a quote over the phone. I only asked for a quote and was given one. If I was told I needed to send what I needed for a quote I would have gladly done so. Not only was I given an incorrect price and it was not honored but the price increase is outrageous!!! The person I spoke to was very rude about it and was not apologetic at all. She did not feel bad and wanted to blame me. Office Depot and Fedex only charge $15 for the exact same print. I have never had such a dishonest experience. Oh and what top this all off is this is for an elementary school teacher appreciation week and postnet wants to charge triple the price as their competitors. read more
