    Ive submitted 1583 form to be able to send letters on May 26th, 2025. The Customer support told be…read moreto wait. Since then, the customer support has not been replying to any of my requests on WHEN the form will be added so that I can finally send my letters. Im filing support tickets, email them - total ignore. The trick is that every week is an extra $ for storage. The 3 letters will not cost me over 140 USD extra if i ever going to send them. I paid nearly…read more$1,000 AUD to have a package delivered from the Torrance, California warehouse to my address in Australia. The package, worth $2,000, was shipped via UPS over two months ago. The package got stuck in Canada and was then sent back to the Shipito warehouse in California. UPS tracking confirmed that it was received and signed for by someone named Joyce. Since then, I have heard nothing. I've done everything possible to resolve this: Sent two emails Raised multiple service tickets Sent over 10 messages Called three times and left messages with the claims department Despite all this, I have not received a single response. My $3,000 (the value of the package plus shipping) is effectively gone, and the lack of accountability is appalling. I cannot believe a company can treat its customers this way. To Shipito's CEO, Dale Pohlpeter, I urge you to address this situation immediately. Ignoring customers who trust your service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Shipito to think twice before using their services. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. -- A deeply frustrated customer.
