This is the WORST UPS location. I have dropped off the same package to them TWO different times…read morenow. Each time making sure the store places the hazardous material/dangerous goods sticker on it due to it being a laptop... both times it has been sent back to me missing this label and the 2nd time (today) I received it back with a 6-8 inch hole in the box... this is a LAPTOP. When I called the store the person who answered was beyond rude. She couldn't tell me when the manager would be in so that I could go over this with him because he has "stalker" issues. She also said that they will NOT do anything about the hole in the box because it isn't a concern of hers/theirs. This location is beyond a joke!
