If you're stuck behind someone who doesn't know what they're doing or if they're getting once copy of 89 different things, you're just going to have to wait. A few weeks ago I was in a crazy rush and I was able to get in, get their attention, get what I needed, do the self-serve machine, and get back out FAST. Mostly fast... the dude there wanted to chat and normally I'm all about the conversation, but that night I was in a rush. The point is, on more than one occasion they have come through for me and for that I'm truly thankful. I tend to have two kinds of visits: leisurely and frantic, and they're cool with both. And now for a bit of poignant copy wisdom: a copy is only a copy, no matter how wonderful. Once you have created something new and original, everything else will just feel like a copy. Ponder this.

They do have an Amazon self-serve return kiosk, so that also helps. Good location for me, so I'll keep using them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. The only thing that Amazon asks you to do is show UPS the return QR code. It may have been a full moon the other day but the stars sure were in alignment today! Found convenient parking, walked in with no line, AND the customer service was really nice. Best of all, returning the item to Amazon was free and I didn't have to repackage it or label it. Without any hassle or explanations, the employee scanned the QR code and printed a return postage receipt. I didn't even stay longer than one full minute in the UPS store LOL This is too easy. Now I understand why folks shop on Amazon. Thank you UPS for accepting my return item, repackaging it, labeling it, and shipping it back to Amazon. I already got my refund from them!

The lobby is open weekends to mail letters but if you need a tracking number or to purchase something it's work week only. The parking out front is limited but if it's full you can turn right onto centennial parkway at the light and there's a whole street of parking there and then it's just a short walk back to the post office. But the mail carriers (not all) need help. Whether it is more personnel or more training I'm not sure. But I have had medicine delivered twice to the wrong box and a delivery that needed a signature was given to a totally different resident . She knew me and knew she could give it to me, but seriously. If a package needs a signature, wouldn't you think they would be more conscientious? I did not report the last problem because I did at least get my package. But I think the delivery person needs help, in one way or another.
