TIPS & TRICKS: * Be on high alert in this parking lot, it's a shared lot and there are always some crazy older ladies who are dang gems, mind you; but nevertheless, who act like they are training for the next Daytona 500. * Although these employees are about as highly trained as a master athlete would be--if you want a pleasant experience, don't forget to do your part. The transaction went through successfully, and I received a delivery date and tracking information. However, on August 11, I received an email canceling the order due to "missing information"--which is completely false, as they had my correct address, phone number, and all other details. What actually happened is that they raised the price of the laptops to $799.99 (an increase of $220) and chose to cancel my order rather than honor the price I had already paid, effectively trying to force me to buy them at the new, higher cost. It shows a total lack of respect for the customer and a lack of business integrity. I do not recommend shopping with them. The most irresponsible store I have ever come across.

USPS REALLY NEEDS to work on the website, so it saves all the info you write, because as it now stands, each time you go to another page, like seeing if it's cheaper to use your own box instead of a post office flat rate box, you must fill out their online form again.
