When I do have to come in here to mail or drop off a package, long lines do happen between the hours of 3 to 5 pm. Sometimes when I do come on not-so-busy hours, even if there are only 3 people in line, there is only one employee window that's open so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait. I do tend to use the drive-through drop-off mailbox right in front of it because of the convenience of staying in your car. My only suggestion is to have more employees work at this location to cut down the lines. It's all about showing up on the non-busy time slots in this location that makes your visit a more pleasant one.

At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! Initial experiences at Post Mart were excellent if you get the younger man who works there. Seems to be the son of the establishment owner. But I am shaking from rage as to what just happened to me with the owner of Post Mart (the lady with the glasses) I came in 15 minutes before close (Dec 31st 2022) with one large box. To ship to the UK. Long story short, I normally get shown the screen to see all available prices and quotes from UPS, FedEx and USPS. But on this occasion, the woman was short and snappy with me and quoted me roughly $650 by DHL & Fedex (she didn't even quote a UPS price). I asked for a USPS price and she said "the box is too big". I didn't question her and just said I'll split up the boxes and come back in a few days. I knew she was lying as I have shipped bigger boxes via USPS through a USPS store. I got home and checked USPS and my 18.5lbs 18"x12"x8" box was completely within the limits and would have cost $148 with $1500 insurance (Dec 2022 prices) priority mail. Fedex quoted $530.33 for the exact same day. So the lady not only lied about USPS not taking the box but she was about to steal $100 from me by over charging for a private courier service without showing me the screen to prove the prices were actually accurate. Also she must think I'm stupid because she only quoted me one price from DHL and Fedex when I know that UPS was also an option and that there are multiple options for varied prices, yet she only listed me a pumped up version of the most expensive services. I guarantee there were other cheaper options. You may be asking yourself, "How can she be so rude and try to defraud customers and pocket the difference without consequences?" Well the answer is that she owns the two store Post Mart franchise. So there are no consequences. The young man will do anything to help you out, but my trust is completely gone after what the owner just tried to pull on me. Totally outrageous behavior. I HIGHLY doubt she will reply to this because she knows exactly what she did and there seems to be little interest in the other magazine feedback this abysmal place has received. These people are as shady as they come! A little over a year ago my wife received a letter from…read morethem claiming she owed them money. Confused, we contacted them to see what this was concerning. It turns out it was about an old medical bill she had racked up years ago. At the time she was in a previous relationship and was under the impression that her ex had paid it, unfortunately that wasn't the case. We gave them our address and contact info (including my number and email etc) and asked if they could please send us specifics about the matter. We received zero correspondence from them, no letters phone calls or emails. They proceeded to go ahead and attempt to garnish funds from her bank account, luckily she didn't have much in there at the time. We asked our bank how this was possible and they sent us a large packet of letters they supposedly sent us, we never received any of them... No voice mails, no emails, and certainly no certified letters or any mail whatsoever! We have been battling our local post office for years as we live in an odd building and our mail delivery is very hit and miss. But even so, I would think if you're going to sue someone and/or garnish wages that there would be certified mail involved ensuring that we got the letters and could have a fighting chance of dealing with this before the point of garnishment. Not so much.. We contacted them again and they took my information again insuring someone would call us back, no phone call! Flash forward to 6 months later my wifes debit card got declined, she called her bank and sure enough they had attempted to garnish again. This time they seized the account all together and were demanding almost $900! For a medical bill that was originally $445! I contacted them last week and they claimed they had sent numerous letters over the years with no response as well as unreturned phone calls. Completely not true! We asked my wifes family to see if they had been contacted, nothing whatsoever! When I was younger I ran into a little trouble with debt collectors and remember a much different experience. They called me relentlessly and sent many letters etc. When I didn't respond they would harass me at work and call any family members that they could find. Nothing of the sort happened with these guys, just normal mail (that we never received), no phone calls, just right to garnishment and ridiculous fees.
