We live in the next town with another UPS store much closer and more convenient. But this is the one we use. There's no comparison. All the kids working here (they're young, I'm not!) are very friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to give you better information if needed. They're usually busy yet don't have the "motor vehicles" type lines the other place always has-- the staff is fast and keeps things going quickly. They also have no problem with the AAA and AARP discounts that UPS stores are supposed to offer. At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! This location adds it on cheerfully and promptly, and doesn't treat me like a liar when I mention it! That doesn't sound hard but it's a big thing when you've had the opposite experience. Very quick service. This location is staffed really well, and had no line. The guy at the counter who helped me was super friendly too. My daughter thought it was a grocery store and asked for a sticker. He didn't miss a beat. When it was time for my receipt, which I declined, the system printed out a blank label page instead which he gave to her. So she got to draw her own sticker. read more

Ridiculously overpriced. I had to scan 27 pages of documents to my email for work and they charged me $1 per page!? Not to mention they charge a lot to print and use their computer to pull up your documents. I will never go here again. Cougar Creations at BYU, while a little bit slower, scanned dozens of pages of a document for me the next day for like $2 total. I am still livid about this, it is a massive rip off. Pure money grabbing. If I had known it would have been $1 a page I would have never gone, but they had already scanned the pages to my email before I knew the outrageous price. I was shipping a "UPS saver" international package and they didn't have any of the "UPS saver" boxes on location. Employee was really nice but she said in the year she has worked there they haven't had any of those boxes. She told me I could go to the corporate office but that's 20 minutes away so I'm going back to shipping my international packages with FedEx. read more

I order a lot of things online so I get a lot of deliveries. I also sell stuff online occasionally and have a number of friends who live far away so between sales, returns and packages to friends I end up shipping a lot. I used to be a USPS apologist but they've gotten much less reliable over the years and frankly less pleasant to deal with. This UPS store is such a breath of fresh air. They're fast, friendly and they never give me guff about it if I need tape - at the post office they make you buy tape. They're always happy to package items for you and there is almost never a line (except at Christmas but that should be expected) I appreciate that I can walk in and just drop off my prepaid returns, I don't even need to wait to speak to a human if I don't want to and really, isn't that the dream? I'd give them 6 stars if I could. read more

I just wanted to express my appreciation towards Tyler, when I called in about my issue I was on level red because of some issues I had not been made aware of and thought some things had been missed. Tyler was awesome to talk to and he clearly explained the process and what had happened to my package. He was able to clear up the confusion and everything is good to go. Night and Day difference from the Mail Stop on University Parkway, in Provo. At Mail Stop, the person at the front seemed really confused, when I requested to ship a small package via DHL to Moscow, Russia. She brought the manager/owner to me and he seemed confused and uncertain, as well. After a few minutes looking online and calling their US main office, they handed me a complicated set of written instructions, telling me that I needed to set this up by filling out multiple forms online. I left and phoned the UPS Store on Bulldog Ave. Tanner told me to bring the package over. I brought it over and Tanner wasn't immediately available, so one of the young women in front took my package and the recipient's business address and seemed almost bored, as she quickly entered the information herself, printed out 6-7 different forms, had me sign and date them, she gave me a tracking number and receipt for my payment.... and I left. 10 minutes... max! read more

DONT USED THIS STORE!!! We sent an international package and we pay extra for an Insurance to make sure the package arrived save. The package wasn't delivered because they claim that taxes were not payed, something that they never disclosed before we pay $145 to deliver. This thing never happens if you use USPO. In the end the store and the 1800 number tell me that they can't help me. The package was lost, we lost the $145 and the Insurance we paid didn't cover. Please never used this Store!!!! read more

Just talked to the lady on the phone there, and a lady at the orem office; both were complete bitches. Very condescending. You people there need to remember; you work at the post office. You're not kings and queens. Don't talk to me like I'm a pee-on. If anything, it's the other way around. read more

One station wasn't working well so the line was slow. A man started to help us with a fax then forgot to finish helping us when a mail man came in so a younger new employee helped us but didn't know how to use the fax machine and so a girl tried to help but she didn't know either. It was $1 per page, very expensive and took a long time. read more

Had a box with a sculpture I needed to mail. Unfortunately I packed it in an expired USPS priority box. No one wanted to ship it unless I changed boxes. The lovely lady at this store along with her helper and the UPS driver all helped me unpack it, decided it was safer in the box it was in. Helped me repack it. They then taped it closed, covered up weird writing and sent it on its way. Reasonable costs and said it would be about 7 days. So I am happy with them and highly recommend them!!! read more
