They're usually busy yet don't have the "motor vehicles" type lines the other place always has-- the staff is fast and keeps things going quickly. They also have no problem with the AAA and AARP discounts that UPS stores are supposed to offer. At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! This location adds it on cheerfully and promptly, and doesn't treat me like a liar when I mention it! That doesn't sound hard but it's a big thing when you've had the opposite experience. He was working hard and the supervisor Daniel was just pecking at him IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Small stuff about how he need to pick it up, or just figure it out when a hand held scanner went dead. There were 3 other coworkers there standing, but the supervisor didn't get them to help, and no one offered. Seems like a little more shift supervisor training would go a long way. Unfortunate.
