I have an online business and this location is closest. I print my label and always ship same day. I took my latest package on Nov 6 @9:22 am and dropped it inside. The tracking shows that a label was created. No updates. No movements. 9400108105463109906905 What are you all doing? This is getting to be a bit much. I've tried to give you business because family has or does work there, but I may need to go with the other guys. They don't answer the phone--cannot contact them. It doesn't seem to matter what number you call.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING! They are so rude and unhelpful. They do not know how to do their jobs. They held our mail for a week before suddenly returning it with no warning. One guy in particular is the rudest!! Avoid the short guy with glasses and dark black hair at all costs. He was fighting with me for 10 minutes even though I was not at his window. I refuse to come back here ever again. You will be met with rudeness and gaslighting every step of the way. Do not come here ever! They are the meanest people I have ever met. I ship often since I sell items online, so I go into the post office knowing what I need to do. The desk staff seems to be only 3-4 people, but all of them have always been kind and understanding. Although I only use the post office to pay postage for my packages, I have had good experiences. I give 4 stars because every USPS seems to be pretty slow with shipping if you don't pay for the expensive shipping levels. read more

Finally! The post office is working at full speed! It's actually a marvelous thing to witness. A long line that's moving quickly, and every cashier booth occupied by a competent employee! Too bad it had to be the week before Christmas until we saw this post office functioning like a well oiled machine. The employees here are nice and friendly, and they know what they're doing. Prices for USPS are kinda high, but I know my mail will get to where it needs to be. If you come on any other day in any other month, there is only one booth open, and the line moves very slow. read more

This location for some reason still stuck in the 1950s with the same level of inattentiveness in inefficiency. I really want US Postal Service do well but we need to get a slap in the butt and change the way the process of direct with the public to be for keeping with the times that we live in. I have memories of this place with my mother waiting patiently in line for a long time and it seems like that has not changed. read more

The delivery drivers at this location are absolutely horrible, a drivers are lazy and if a signature is required they will just say they cant deliver and make you come get the package from the post office read more

Jeff is wonderful. He made sure I was getting the best deal when I mailed a package, and was fast, efficient, and friendly. The post office was clean and organized, packaging was available to purchase in a variety of sizes and shapes. I would say the only knock was that it seemed a little understaffed, and it was a little bit of a wait. But nothing horrible. read more

Not really happy with this Post Office for several reasons. I have recently moved from out of state to here so I have seen how proffessional post offices work. 1). I have alot of mail delivered that does not belong to us. I this is the "proper procedure fir returning mail, yet I still get the letters returned to me. I don't get it? Does no one even read what is written? This is the only place I have seen this happen and I have lived in small towns in the North West, lg cities like Dallas, Minneapolis. Get it together people, this is supposed to be a professional business. 2). We have been here several times 15 to 20 minutes before the "POSTED" time on the door yet they are closing early. No notice, judt closing for the day. If you have a posting that you are closing at a certain time, you close at that time NOT whenever you feel like. That is called being s proffessional!! 3). When our mail is delivered many times with half of it hanging out of our mail slot. Again, this is not proffessional. If you don't want to do the job right, then find something eles. read more

Honestly the nicest thing ever to happen to us, my fiancé and I were getting married and needed a package super bad. It couldn't be delivered cause our main office was closed, so they sent it back, to the post office. Went in when they were closed and came out CYNTHIA she was super helpful and nice! If your thinking of coming here to renew your passport, I would absolutely avoid this post office at all cost. When people talk about the inefficiencies of government agencies this place ranks at the top of the list. I have not met more rude, indignant and incompetent people in my life! We sat in line for over 2.5 hours for my daughter to renew her passport. The guy running the passport devision (and he was the ONLY one working the counter) came out and said he was sorry but was hungry and needed to go to lunch. He would not tell us when he would be back, he gave no for warning and just said, "Sorry, you can stay here and wait till I get back or you can come back some other time." Since had already driven 45 minutes to get down here we and had invested 2.5 hours already waiting in line we decided to just hang tight and wait for this real piece of work, government employee to get back from his "lunch break". Such a joke. I even offered to buy him lunch if he would just finish our application and he looked at me with his mad dog face and said No! Not even a "no thank you" just a flat out rude NO!!! It was all I could do to bite my tongue and not say something to this jerk. Seriously!!! What a joke!!! read more
