Somehow she could tell I was a Laundromat novice. Maybe the awkward way I was inspecting the washers.... She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I will visit a business based on my needs, but when one offers an experience that make you feel they really care about you, I'll find reasons to come back.

That's how much they care about their customers or customer service. Apparently this is how Soap Box makes their money, no warnings or help just charge you $60 in cash. I used the medium-sized washer for $3.00, and 3 dryer cycles for $.75. So, all said and done, I spent $3.75 and my laundry took a little more than an hour to wash and dry. I really like how the dryers are directly across from the washers, making it really easy to transfer the wet laundry. They also had a coin machine that I used to change dollars into quarters. And they have free wi-fi. My only complaint is that most of the chairs in the waiting area are in direct sunlight (during the winter), making it a bit unpleasant if there aren't other chairs available. Would be nice if the windows had shades. But I consider that to be just a minor complaint.

Amazing! And the cycle was only about 30 mins. These washers use 80 plus gallons per load and wow they did a great job! They have TWO wash waters and the word on the street is no other place offers that in Utah! They also have soft water here. Everything came out looking great! It's $6 for the huge washers. They have smaller ones for $2.75 which are the same size as my Whirpool at home but they do a much better job washing because they use more water than home washing machines. I also washed SIX bathroom rugs in one of the huge washers and it worked great! The surroundings are a blast from the past, the dryers as well but man these machines work so much better than mine at home. They dried really fast.
