Karie is such a sweet and helpful worker! She is always so friendly and helpful and seems to have been working there forever! Disclaimer: If you go anytime after Thanksgiving, be prepared to WAIT, it's just a fact of life! Be nice to the employees! They are doing the best that they can! They had lots of signage on the floor for staying 6 feet apart, but with such a long line, we were all very close to each other. So they don't enforce the distance if you are worried about that.

The Lehi Post office delivery service is horrible. There are three employees I can identify on my camera, that regularly deliver to my block. Two are wonderful, they actually bring packages to my front porch. About 20 feet off the the street. The other won't get out of the truck. I've had to go to the post office to pick up packages that were "too heavy" to deliver, and carried them out under my arm. But this latest is the best, I've gotten two deliveries in the last week where the package was JAMMED into my mailbox, bending the hinge and left hanging out over the street. Just ready for someone to grab without even leaving their car, or better yet to fall into the street and get run over. I can't wait for Viek and Elon to get hold of this branch. Well I have to back out and bend the door on the mailbox so it will close again.

The carrier messed up again after I wrote this. I reached out to Carson again, and I haven't had an issue since. Hopefully this lasts.

This place sucks! Long lines, dirty, grouchy employees, they lose packages, they are very overpriced. I hate the post office.

Ive submitted 1583 form to be able to send letters on May 26th, 2025. The Customer support told be…read moreto wait. Since then, the customer support has not been replying to any of my requests on WHEN the form will be added so that I can finally send my letters. Im filing support tickets, email them - total ignore. The trick is that every week is an extra $ for storage. The 3 letters will not cost me over 140 USD extra if i ever going to send them. I paid nearly…read more$1,000 AUD to have a package delivered from the Torrance, California warehouse to my address in Australia. The package, worth $2,000, was shipped via UPS over two months ago. The package got stuck in Canada and was then sent back to the Shipito warehouse in California. UPS tracking confirmed that it was received and signed for by someone named Joyce. Since then, I have heard nothing. I've done everything possible to resolve this: Sent two emails Raised multiple service tickets Sent over 10 messages Called three times and left messages with the claims department Despite all this, I have not received a single response. My $3,000 (the value of the package plus shipping) is effectively gone, and the lack of accountability is appalling. I cannot believe a company can treat its customers this way. To Shipito's CEO, Dale Pohlpeter, I urge you to address this situation immediately. Ignoring customers who trust your service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Shipito to think twice before using their services. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. -- A deeply frustrated customer.
