I have used them for many different things. A lot of work shirts, backpacks, hats, and different items. I have used them for sports teams. I made the mistake of not using them once, for my sons baseball team and we didn't get the same customer service as here. I've used other places that were cheaper for branding hats, and every time the logos have come back off center or crooked. I have never had that problem with them. I love ink Spot so much! ive used them for years now for various different projects and have never been dissatisfied. Perhaps the people below needed to be more specific about what they were wanting. whenever I go in I make sure I go with a clear picture of what I'm wanting, the colors that I want Etc. Fantastic place for embroidery. I am so satisfied with the shirts I had done here! Their turn around time is extremely quick - in fact, the shirts were done 2 days sooner than I was told, without sacrificing quality. Staff is friendly and always there ready to help. I got a few price quotes from Prodigy and Elevate Promos, but turn around times were WEEKS and I needed something fast. So happy I found this place. They don't even deserve one star from me. Honestly not impressed. I work for a company with 200 people needing polo shirts with embroidery and they messed up on my 80$ shirts I brought in, the embroidery thread color was the same color as the shirt, even though I told them to match the Under Armor logo. When I went in to get them fixed they were extremely rude from the very start. They told me they are "sorry I'm upset "and that if "its an 80$ shirt then I should have picked out the thread color not them". (THEY NEVER MENTIONED I COULD CHOSE THE THREAD) They also told me it would take 3 days and it took a solid week and a half. If I had to give Inkspot in Orem 3 words to describe them it would be moody, inconsiderate, and sensitive. They literally could care less about their customers and are rude every time you walk in. A normal human being would be excited to have a company with 200 people to work with, they were upset and frustrated when I went into have them embroider shirts for me, upset when they charged me 120$, and upset when I nicely called them telling them the shirts were done wrong. If anyone is looking for a company to display CRAPPY customer service, Inkspot is the one for you. I can promise you that! read more

This is a family run business and very hands on. They want to make sure they do it right the first time so they are very detailed which I like. Everything that I have ever done there has been really good. I have used them for company shirts and jerseys, Family reunion shirts, etc... They do screen printing, embroidering, shirts, hats, and jerseys. I would highly recommend using The Ink Spot for all your screen printing and embroidering needs. read more

Where do I even start?!! I ordered my shirt design online. I never received an order confirmation from The Ink Spot. They claimed the order never went through but I had printed out the receipt. I had to keep calling to make sure the order was being processed. If i hadn't called, my order would not have been ready on time. When I went to pick up the shirts I was very disappointed in the quality of the shirts and the print. The print was dark on some shirts and lighter on others. The shirts were basically see-through- not at all the quality I expected. To top it off, they didn't seem to care that I was not happy. Poor customer service. read more

Purchased shirts from the ink spot in Orem to support our mother, a cancer survivor, for the American Fork Canyon run for cancer. Picked them up and they were dirty. My wife's contacted the store and they ask her to bring them in to see. When she arrived the owner became aggressive and rude telling her that she was complaining because of the price. Not true! When you pay hard earned money for custom shirts is it to much to ask for a clean quality product? I will never recommend them to family friend or foe. Horrible customer service! read more

I had some shirts printed for my business at The Ink Spot. After the first wash the screen print faded in spots dramatically. It looked terrible. I called and they told me they would fix the problem. I went in and they told me they had to use some of their shirts to remake them. They asked if they could hang on to the defective shirt just to show the boss the problem. I made sure they would give the defective shirt back to me afterwards because it is a higher quality shirt. They told me they would have it done in 1 week and after 3 weeks I called to see when it would be done and they told me they "forgot" to do it... when I went to go pick up the shirt they handed me the new shirt and I asked for the defective shirt back as well, they told me they would have to charge me for it!! I explained how I was told I could have it back and they wouldn't give it back unless I paid them! I can't believe it! What are they going to do with it?? I will not be getting the rest of my apparel printed there! Terrible customer service read more
