EXACTLY WHAT I've been looking for. Their online designing platform, SO SIMPLE to use. They have a lot of product options AND they were able to print my very detailed design quickly. The ordering process was also super easy to go through and even the pickup process. Customer service is very friendly and prompt to answer questions. Even though the embroidery agent works in a different department, she took time out to check on my orders and make sure that they were completely done before I made the 45 minute trip back that way to pick it up. I had my shirts made before I needed them. The printing and quality of the print, is very vibrant. I'm glad they were able to keep the bright colors even on a white colored t-shirt. I've washed my shirts like many times (lol) and the color still stays vibrant. I try not to dry my t-shirts when they've been customized, but I do with these. They still look awesome. I will be using these guys for future use and highly recommend them for DTG printing. Thank you purple elephant. Truly grateful for you guys.

I wasn't sure which sweatshirt would work best for us so Kevin hand delivered three samples of different sweatshirts he thought would work for our company. We picked the one we loved and the next day he had our logo embroidered on it to get our approval. It exceeded our expectations!! Then two weeks later we received our order completed!!! I have never met an employee here who wasn't quick and efficient, kind and helpful, and very customer-oriented. I've come in with stacks of boxes and they got me in and out in a matter of minutes. I've rushed in 2 minutes before closing and they happily helped me get my packages shipped. I highly recommend using this location! TIPS & TRICKS: * Be on high alert in this parking lot, it's a shared lot and there are always some crazy older ladies who are dang gems, mind you; but nevertheless, who act like they are training for the next Daytona 500. * Although these employees are about as highly trained as a master athlete would be--if you want a pleasant experience, don't forget to do your part. Print off your return slips beforehand and grab some boxes, you'll make your day a lot easier if you put in a little extra effort.
