The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and listened to what we were looking for specifically. We had the pleasure of dealing with Regan who was super personable! She even asked us if we needed something to drink, which was a great add to her customer service skills. Def a pretty great place for home selection of different decor styles and taste. I feel like they had a few different style options and can accommodate a wide variety of people who would be looking for just the perfect piece to add to their abode.

What a terrible experience. Before deciding to spend over $20k with OWSI, we had already sourced…read morecomparable materials from other shops. We walked into OWSI with most of our decisions already made. We decided to work with OWSI once they promised by centralizing everything with them, quality would be higher, they would be more efficient, and more cost effective. Instead, we experienced delays (they assigned blame to third parties in opposition to their promise that by centralizing they could operate more quickly), low quality work (that was ultimately fixed thankfully), and significantly higher expense. All this could've possibly been swept under the rug. When the final bill came and it wasn't what I expected, I called our POC (who also happens to be the manager) for an explanation before paying. With full intent to pay once the charges were clear to me, I called over a dozen times for 6 weeks, along with texts and emails. Instead of speaking with me, they put a lien on my house. Only once I threatened to involve a lawyer did they finally send me an email addressing my concerns. I immediately paid the balance and 3 months after everything, the lien has finally been removed. Especially after the delays and issues we experienced, I would've thought they would at least keep an open line of communication. Instead, they avoided any confrontation. To be clear, every person at OWSI and the third parties I ultimately had to resolve timelines with was professional and kind, despite working through issues. The POC/OWSI Manager who I won't name was the core problem throughout this process - overselling in the beginning, passing blame in the middle, and avoiding the situation entirely in the end.

We purchased some loose lay vinyl flooring that I installed myself. We have appreciated its look and how easy it is to care for. It still looks great! Two months ago, a copper pressure pipe in our home began leaking in the wall and down into the subfloor. After removing the damaged subflooring and thoroughly drying things out, the new underlayment was installed. I reinstalled the same loose lay flooring pieces that covered the wet underlayment with new molding. Now with paint on the molding it looks just like it did in 2019! I am a finished carpenter and found that laying the flooring myself was very easy. Brent was very knowledgeable and sold us on loose lay flooring as an amazing product. It took a disaster and came back looking great! I am thoroughly pleased with this product. David H

Their installers were very careful, and they placed everything just right. If your looking for nice, not me too kind of furniture, they do an awesome job. I really can't say enough... they can transform a space! Most of their furniture is a little spendy, and special order stuff can take a while, so that's my disclaimer, but it really is just stuff you can't find anywhere else, so you get what you pay for. And, even if you are on a budget you can find those showcase pieces that can make a home. I have no affiliation with the company, they did ask me to write them a review, and I was happy to share my thoughts. Sometimes it's tough to get happy customers to leave reviews. Oh.
