I don't typically don't take time out of my day to review a business, but this place is worth it…read more I worked with Lesli to get carpet and tile in my basement. She was great to work with, gave a competitive price for a quality product, and did it with a much shorter turn around time than most other places. I was used to the service of big box stores so my expectations weren't high, but it was so refreshing to receive the attention of a smaller store. The carpet I purchased from Summers Interiors is much better than the rest of my house and the home is brand new. The tile looks amazing and adds a much better touch than what is in the rest of the house. The only reason I gave four stars is because during carpet installation the walls were a little marked up by the installers. I will definitely use Summers Interiors for future projects, thanks Lesli.

We were in the middle of a renovation project and took a break to head down there to order carpet. Because we were under a serious time crunch and the weather was not very cooperative we did not have time to go home and change first so we came in jeans and shirts that had some paint on them and looked a little tired. The lady who greeted us (after some research I now know she is the owner) slowly looked us up and down and said she'd find somebody to help us. You'd think we were bedraggled orphans or homeless people the way she looked at and spoke to us. Another employee came out and was somewhat helpful. As we were looking at samples and laying things down to look at them, the owner came over to the table where we were working with another client and pretty much just pushed us out of the way, talking loudly over us and spreading out samples. Both of them were extremely rude. It was like we were not even there. We quietly took the quote they gave us and walked out. I spent the next morning calling around for a better deal and nicer people who don't discriminate against you based solely on appearances. In addition to needing budget carpet for this property we were also intending to order a lot of higher end products for a second property we are working on but after the way we were treated, I will take my business ANYWHERE but here.

She even asked us if we needed something to drink, which was a great add to her customer service skills. Def a pretty great place for home selection of different decor styles and taste. Their installers were very careful, and they placed everything just right. If your looking for nice, not me too kind of furniture, they do an awesome job. I really can't say enough... they can transform a space! Most of their furniture is a little spendy, and special order stuff can take a while, so that's my disclaimer, but it really is just stuff you can't find anywhere else, so you get what you pay for. And, even if you are on a budget you can find those showcase pieces that can make a home. I have no affiliation with the company, they did ask me to write them a review, and I was happy to share my thoughts. Sometimes it's tough to get happy customers to leave reviews. Oh. I did have a couple pieces that came in damaged and needed replacement... they refunded or replaced without any issue.

At the beginning of our process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story .... We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, she provided us with multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. Rachel responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. Rachel helped me move out of my comfort zone and the results are stunning.
