They painted the entire inside and outside of the house and it was tight, very nice. They helped me select new colors, matched some existing ones, made good recommendations, and followed through on everything. I could not have asked for a better experience. They communicated well with me and my tenants the entire time. Very professional all around. They have recently returned to prepare my rental for a new tenant and they did a smashing job. Amazing. After 15 minutes of the crew being in my house, I knew I would hire them again. They were so detail oriented and took such good care of our things we forgot to put away. I can't say enough good about Alice and Darlein. When they came to give us a quote they let us know when they were on the way, that they had arrived and were very professional. I could not recommend these painters more highly! They did an AMAZING job of painting my house. The house I moved into was painted different colors in every room. Alice and her team went in and painted the rooms a beautiful white that I picked. She was responsive and so easy to work with. Alice really takes pride in her work and even painted the ceilings to match her standards because the original painter of the house had been sloppy. Alice was amazing from start to finish. We have a 1920's tudor home that had A LOT of deferred maintenance and painting, like a lot! They were ready and willing to step up and do the work, including removing an old satellite dish, old phone, cable and miscellaneous wires all around the home, repair the original wood trim and eaves in spots, and even do some concrete repair! We have been doing a lot of work on this home since we bought it last November, and I have worked with well over two dozen trades in that time... Alice and her crew at Ecol have been hands down THE BEST! They always leave the job site impeccably clean, so much so that our neighbors on both sides of our home noticed and took the time to tell me personally how much they appreciated their care and concern. Did I mention this is a female owned and operated business? Alice was here with her all female crew at all hours to get this job completed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. She was incredibly responsive to all phone calls and text messages which I really appreciated, even after a horrible car accident! I can't imagine working all day in the hot sun, let alone working just days after being t-boned! Alice and her crew are incredibly hard workers that know how to do the job right! Where a lot of other painters would have just painted over rough wood they took the time to sand everything out perfectly and repair or replace what could not be sanded smooth enough. There was never any talk of upcharging for difficult areas or complaining about the state of the home (like other painters that bid out the work had). They named their price, stuck to it, and got the work done. If you need your house painted I highly recommend Alice and her crew at Ecol! ECol painted the interior of our entire house. They were careful and very responsive when unexpected situations arose. For example, we needed to remove wallpaper and texture the kitchen ceiling which required additional time for them to complete. The additional cost for the ceiling work was very reasonable. Most of all they worked late into the night to complete the painting and clean up before our move in date, even with the additional ceiling work. It's shameful to pawn off your blame on a single tech with a broken phone. You very well could have checked Yelp yourself, you are the business owner after all. If you're overwhelmed with work or the job was too small, why didn't you just say? That wouldn't have been a problem. They completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards and were two of the nicest people we have contracted to work on our house.
