I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. He told us the furnace was putting out extremely high levels of carbon monoxide and that we needed to replace our furnace immediately. He quoted me $5,000. I told him I was going to get a second opinion. We had another service provider over that afternoon and they said they did not detect any carbon monoxide and that it was perfectly safe. I'm certain that if they tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace by stating it was unsafe due to carbon monoxide that they have used this same tactic on others and will likely do it again.
