Moving from California to Utah it was challenging to find a reputable basement contractor. We did…read morethe usual Yelp, Angies List, and Google searches and came up with 6 we felt we should meet with. Out of the six contractors one was too busy another forgot about us. Down to four, two contractors just put together a simple one page bid based on the square footage I gave them. To us this lacked details and they seemed reluctant to put much effort into actually visiting our new home to generate a bid and discussing ideas. Down to two contractors, Centurion caught our attention as they were quicker to respond to all of our questions, to visit our home and provide suggestions for building a better basement while the other builder seemed to be newer in the basement industry and it took several messages to get them to visit our home though they finally did. Both bids came in about the same price but we decided to use Centurion they were more responsive, had more options for us to decide on and we liked that they have been using the same sub-contractors for several years. Hope this helps, meet with Centurion you won't be disappointed.

Our kitchen is especially awesome! A relative described our kitchen countertops & cupboards as majestic, it's true. Green Tech worked really well with us on adding upgrades & helping us get exactly what we wanted. We love the high ceilings & the open feel as you enter the home! The master bathroom is also very spacious, well-crafted, & inviting! Green Tech really worked with me to add an extra storage room above the garage that has made all the difference with our storage needs! In addition they added extra insulation to the garage & storage room. They really allowed us to be original & choose our own outer paint & stone and we're really pleased with how it turned out! Some of our neighbors have mentioned what a good job this company has done with our home! We agree! Green Tech has also been attentive to our needs with finishing touches we've needed after moving in. So glad we've had a good experience having our home built!

Cody is very easily one of the most unprofessional people I have worked with. First, he showed up unannounced and was surpirsed that we weren't available. I could go on, but I believe this easily demonstrates my point. If you want quick service or good communication, do not speak with Cody. I'm sure the other members of HandyPRO are fine, but Cody seems to enjoy belittling the customer.

I feel very good about recommending Blue River and Jeff. Also, I don't put on many feedback comments at all, so to offer comment to Blue River ought to say something by itself! First, they are doing a current project for us and its my 3rd time using Jeff. If he wasn't great, I would have moved on to other builders. Second, the effort is always with great quality. And last, being an accountant, I'm always concerned about price. My motto has been a 'value' approach. I don't go for the cheapest price, because I don't want the cheapest quality. But 'best bang for the buck' has always been important. I've decided that Blue River is my team, and in any project, I would call them first. Super happy. The work is solid every time and I trust them being in my home. Last point, Jeff's team is a small one. He doesn't have any army of workers. So you have to build that in your expectations.
