In September 2022, I contacted the office and received a very prompt response and was connected with a project manager immediately. He stated he could start my project in December. They estimated my bathroom remodel would be potentially $120,000.00. I thought that was high- but I was hoping for the same responsiveness and high quality for the project. They require a large deposit ($3500). I found once I gave the deposit- everything changed. I was promised a designer that never came through- (the positive comments on the designers were another reason I chose this company). I finally got a designer that was very nice and responsive, however, he didn't really offer me any ideas beyond what I already had in mind and his style wasn't as contemporary as I had hoped. When I questioned his style- I was told- "well, that's all that's available". I discovered the project manager quit and they didn't have the measurements he took in October. Basically, they ended up not having the capacity to properly support my project- they didn't show up for the re-measure and didn't answer my emails. Finally, I asked for a refund. They charged me $350 hour for the designer (when I was quoted a price when they were bidding for the job- they told me designers ranged from $150- $200 hour). Now, I find myself back to the drawing board and out $700. The owner never had the courtesy to acknowledge my poor experience. Perhaps he will now, after a poor review. I would caution anyone with a "small" project (their words) like mine. I'm not sure if a six figure remodel is small in your world- but it's certainly not in mine.

My project started with one room, and I commented to the representative that we had other projects to follow. In the end he turned down a project that started at $2000., and I just completed all the projects which tallied $21,000. I'm disappointed that anyone would turn up their nose on something which could have benefited them in the end. Turns out the company I hired is doing work for the business next door now, and at my residence. They completely transformed our rusting flaky railings through lots of hard work! They pressure washed, scraped and sanded down all of the rust before priming and painting. All of this while often balancing on rocks or ducking under branches. They thoroughly covered the surrounding house and concrete; no stray paint splatters to be found! They communicated arrivals and always showed up as planned. All for a competitive price. Would rehire in a heartbeat!

In addition we removed several glued-on bathroom mirrors and some wood closet shelves, leaving holes in the drywall surface. We didn't have a good way to fix all of it other than maybe replacing the drywall. We interviewed several drywall and painting contractors, and hired Nathan's crew. They fit us into their schedule and cleared/smoothed the surface, skimmed over it, and retextured. After finishing their work they left the work areas (several rooms) immaculately clean. It looks beautiful; we are very happy with their work.

The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. I will use David in the future as he replaced my tenants kitchen sink and fixed the front water line to be able to water the lawn and flowers. His crew is great and professional and so is he!

He gave me the education on how the foam lifting works and the benefits of sealing the joints in between the slabs, no sales pitch and not pushy, and he always answers my questions promptly after I signed the contract. Darrell and Moses are great with their job with the lifting, making sure all the slabs are lifted evenly without causing any damages. They were always on time, efficient and very professional.
