Our kitchen is especially awesome! A relative described our kitchen countertops & cupboards as majestic, it's true. Green Tech worked really well with us on adding upgrades & helping us get exactly what we wanted. We love the high ceilings & the open feel as you enter the home! The master bathroom is also very spacious, well-crafted, & inviting! Green Tech really worked with me to add an extra storage room above the garage that has made all the difference with our storage needs! In addition they added extra insulation to the garage & storage room. They really allowed us to be original & choose our own outer paint & stone and we're really pleased with how it turned out! Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual. If you could see me tomorrow at any time, I'd appreciate it." Very disappointing when hoping to hire someone to help with some electrical work.

Cody is very easily one of the most unprofessional people I have worked with. First, he showed up unannounced and was surpirsed that we weren't available. When calling him to reschedule, he refused to accept any blame for showing up without notice even though that is abnormal for maintenance calls. I could go on, but I believe this easily demonstrates my point. If you want quick service or good communication, do not speak with Cody. I'm sure the other members of HandyPRO are fine, but Cody seems to enjoy belittling the customer.

He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better. I would highly recommend him for stucco, stone and related repairs.

I should mention, when doing the job Oscar confirmed there was no wood damage, which attests to his honesty. A true professional who takes pride in his craft and making sure the job gets done correctly the first time. Oscar is a soft spoken gem. And last, being an accountant, I'm always concerned about price. My motto has been a 'value' approach. I don't go for the cheapest price, because I don't want the cheapest quality. But 'best bang for the buck' has always been important. I've decided that Blue River is my team, and in any project, I would call them first. Super happy.
