The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. Watch out! Dusty is the biggest shyster I have ever met! I had him two very small things to see if…read morehe could handle my large project. I'm glad I only hired him for two things! I had him add a door to a front room that I wanted to turn into an office. The opening was already there, so all he had to do was fit a door into the space. He quoted me around $2,000 and then ordered the wrong size of door to cut costs. He then had to order the right door and charged me for both doors! I also had him do a bit of electrical work and he left huge holes in my walls. He told me he could do "anything" and yet couldn't effectively do two small jobs. My mom had him do a large project for her. He never gave my mom a bid (which I guess doesn't matter since he shafted me and I had a bid.) true things she dealt with with him, there's not enough room for me to address here. My mom is older and he took her for so much. When the project was near completion, (which took twice the time as agreed upon) she had subcontractors not completing their work because Dusty hadn't paid them! She hired another contractor to complete Dusty's work. I told my mom to sue him, but she didn't get anything in writing (her biggest mistake) and she's too old to go to court. Needless to say, run away from this company as fast as you can! If you don't, you'll have the worst experience of your life!!

Final result: our project is nearly complete and we are very happy with how things look. We, like most people, had the typical remodel hiccups along the way. We were able to iron those problems out in the end. Communication: the only point or dissatisfaction for us was the level of communication, updates, and follow through from Kim. We had to rely on Donnie for that. We appreciate all the work he put in for us to solve crazy problems we had. Update: A couple more concerns came up related to communication. We will say that we are overall very happy with the finished changes on our home, but it is such a nightmare communicating with this company. Here are a few examples: 1) We asked for an update on our loan 2 weeks ago. We haven't heard back until today (the project is now finished) and the loan details do not match what we talked about. 2) We had scheduled to do the final touches on our bathroom 2 days ago. No one showed up. No one called. We had to reach out to reschedule. I wouldn't consider us unreasonable people. We know things happen. All we would want is for someone to call and say, "Hey, we can't make it today. I'm sorry." Closing Update: We did receive a final wrap-up call from Donnie, and he was very pleasant and reasonable to speak to and work with. We feel like they are going to make an honest effort to use the feedback we have given them to improve. Additionally, we spoke to Heather today in their office to work through some finance questions, and she was awesome to work with. We are very very happy with the quality of work that was done and how everything looks. The reason we deducted a star was because of the communication piece.

I feel after spending $14,000 dollars it should last longer before needing repairs. Very disappointed in poor quality materials and the company not standing behind their workmanship.
