Terrible experience with so many errors, missteps and a lack of record keeping that the insurance company would only reimburse for about 60% of their work. **UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A BOGUS REVIEW!! The owner messaged me AFTER I posted this review because he is more concerned about bad reviews than doing a good job to begin with. I refuse to message him because it's too late now. Please read my review posted below!! It's been awhile since this company has worked on my home for mold. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The crew including Nathan himself were extremely disrespectful, tried to up charge me because I'm a woman, treated me like I was dumb and didn't know anything about the situation even when I do. I brought up my concerns regarding the mold and Nathan continued to dismiss me and say "you don't know what you're talking about. We're the professionals, I'd take our advice and listen." Unfortunately, even after the work Nathan and his crew did, there was still existing mold. So my husband and I decided to go with another company and now we're mold free!! This company said that the previous company I was with didn't do a good job and said they were glad we called because if we would've waited any longer, we would've had to move! We're so glad we went with our gut instinct! The reason I'm writing this review is because one of my old neighbors had the same experience as me recently regarding mold as well and they were treated the same as me. They quickly came out to fix major water damage on the Sunday before Memorial Day! We hadn't noticed the damage in the basement until it started to smell moldy. They did a thorough job of eradicating the mold. The guys were all pleasant and hardworking - and the quality of work was top notch. Communicated well and were punctual - I highly recommend them. I see that someone gave them a bad review - I was so surprised since I had such a great experience with them so I looked her up and noticed she has only given two reviews (2 different businesses) and both were very negative and unpleasant - hmmmm. read more
