They were prompt, answered all my questions quickly, and made it a seamless process from start to finish. Their project manager Anthony stopped by a couple days after the water damage happened and got everything into motion immediately. Not even exaggerating, 15-20 minutes after he left I had someone checking my house for asbestos before the demo, and the next morning the demo crew was there. They worked directly with my insurance to get everything taken care of. Thank you so much for such a seamless process!

Just a vague invoice and a threat to increase the amount if we didn't pay immediately. We hired them expecting restoration -- their website says they handle both mitigation and reconstruction. After demolition, they suddenly claimed they don't do reconstruction at all. When we questioned the charges and asked for moisture logs or any kind of justification, they refused and raised the bill. We took them to small claims court. We lost. But that doesn't make what they did right. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 for a torn-up bathroom and had to hire someone else to fix it. Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else. Everything in this review reflects our honest opinion and direct experience.

It's hard to know whether or not to trust online reviews anymore, but with these guys I decided to…read moresee what all the glowing reviews were about. Turns out: they're about a truly great company, with cheerful, supportive technicians--and MAN their communication is *killer.* They were prompt by both phone and text, kept me up-to-date on when I could expect them to arrive, talked me through every single step of the process, and didn't talk to me any differently than they talked to my husband (which, unfortunately, is all too common with technicians, I've found). Our story: we had a puddle of water in our basement after a recent thunderstorm. Glenn and Ryan showed up within an hour, calmed our nerves, helped us inspect our home, cleaned up the mess, and left us with some fans to dry out the room. Their prices were reasonable, and they came back today to pack out the fans, exactly as they'd promised. In short: at every step of the process, they knocked it out of the park. All these glowing reviews you're reading? It's not a scam or some kind of marketing ploy. It's a reflection of a really exceptional company who is actually *enjoyable* to work with.

These guys arrived promptly, the staff were intelligent, knowledgeable, and well presented. The cleanup took a few hours, and then they left San's to do the work for two additional days. They assured that everything was dry before the restoration folks did the finish work to complete the project. My hope is that nothing like this happens very often but if it does, I will utilize the services of Western Disaster Clean Up again as they've shown that their work is professional and crews are competent. Seven months after hiring Western Disaster Clean Up for a flood restoration rebuild our home…read moreremains unrestored. We are paying out of pocket to have their work completely torn out and redone. Their own project manager said on recording: 'This is totally my fault -- not the quality of work that we do.' Their own independent assessor confirmed $11,267.48 in remediation costs. Our contractor who originally built this space estimated $16,800 to fix Western Disaster's work. Their final settlement offer: $6,000. The rebuild involved two marble surfaces -- the main countertop and a custom dog feeding station platform below it. Both sustained undisclosed damage. On the main countertop a piece was broken off and reglued and concealed with filler -- confirmed by four independent professionals including Western Disaster's own assessor. On the lower platform their own assessor found an additional crack with what appears to be epoxy applied over debris. The new countertop they fabricated was too large and cut at the wrong angle -- forced into place pushing the cabinet panel over so the pantry door and self-close drawer won't close. The dog feeding station is a custom stacked assembly -- drawer, trim piece, marble platform, dog bowls designed to sit perfectly flush. When Western Disaster acknowledged the work was substandard and sent their own specialist, he said it would take a full day to fix. He returned days later, was on site one hour, and cut down the trim piece as a shortcut rather than correctly rebuilding the assembly. This altered the dimensions throughout causing the bowls to sit proud of the surface instead of flush. Cabinets were installed out of square and unlevel -- complete replacement the only remedy per our cabinet specialist. Sink was reinstalled with two of four original brackets -- one broken, one missing. Sink epoxy incomplete with open voids. Drywall improperly taped. Wrong caulk used on custom cabinetry. An unqualified worker performed four distinct skilled trade tasks and failed at all four. Custom pieces were removed from our home -- surveillance footage shows subcontractor leaving with panel matching that piece. We invited senior management to inspect twice -- no response. They only came after we threatened legal action and only offered to refund our initial deposit of $3,200 - nowhere close to what their own independently hired assessor estimated to remediate their work - $11,267.48. Their final offer of $6000 is still close to only half of that and significantly less that our chosen contractors' estimate to fix the damage they caused - $16,800. We are pursuing DOPL complaints, BBB complaints, and civil action under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act. This review will be updated with the outcome. We would not recommend this company.

He was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered a free mold test and whatever is needed to ensure my home is safe. He also asked me what value I thought they provided and offered to reimburse the difference in what I was charged. I've never received such empathetic and genuine care from a business owner. After this conversation I really believe this business has its customers best interest in mind and cares about the results they produce. Thank you for your care! **Original Review**The service was $1050 and the person who did it was in our house for less than an hour. He sprayed bleach on the wood and cut a couple inches of sheetrock out. He left it messy even though they charged $260 just for vacuuming. I feel like I could have sprayed my own bleach and saved $1047 dollars. We were still sick after he left and there was still evidence of mold in different places. I would have given one star but he did come back and spray it again after we reached out personally. He was here about fifteen or twenty minutes the second time. Overall really expensive and not really worth it. If I knew they just spray bleach I would have done it myself.

We removed our plants, dog and opened all the cupboard and room doors and our air ventilation system for the fog to penetrate as mold attaches itself to everything especially dust particles. We ran errands and picnicked in the park for four hours and returned. Upon entering, the smell of ozone was heavy but bearable. I called Dave to ask if we could open windows and he said that would be fine. Upon inspection Justin had scrubbed the mold off the shower stall and painted antimicrobial mold paint on the ceiling. He also cleaned the air conditioning filter in our condo air system and put it back in place. We cleaned our air ventilating fans in the two bathrooms and will now make sure to run them before and after our showers along with keeping the bathroom doors open after using them to keep moisture down. The fogging comes with a one year guarantee. This company was prompt, courteous snd answered all my questions. Highly recommend.,
