I used this company to clean my apartment when moving out. I was told that they wouldn't clean walls and cupboards, so I left some stuff behind so I could clean my walls and cupboards after they left. I also left some of my belongings out on the deck. The cleaners took everything I left in the cupboards including cleaning supplies, dishes, and step stools. They also went through the stuff I had left out on the deck and picked and chose what they wanted to take, hundreds of dollars worth of stuff stolen! The owner of the company would not talk with me about the situation, he would only talk to my roommate because she hired him. I was the one who paid and it was MY stuff stolen and he still would not call me back or deal with me. We had to go through my roommate which was very inconvenient. The company did pay for some of the stuff that I was missing but as the weeks go on, I am finding more stuff that was missing from what I left on the deck! It is so frustrating that when you hire someone to come and clean, that they steal what you have there when it was out of the way of what they were cleaning. I am glad that they paid for part of what was taken, but it doesn't bring my stuff back!! Some of it is irreplaceable! I would not trust this service!!!!! read more
