We just had some rugs and carpets cleaned by them. We're very happy with the experience and results! Jesse texted us to let us know he was coming later than planned, which was fine, and he was friendly and professional. He worked diligently on some really dirty sections of one rug to make them super clean. He also disinfected and cleaned another carpet which someone got sick on. Now the carpets smell fresh and look great! The price was also reasonable for the amount of time and work he put in. We had the condo carpets cleaned by PC Green Machine. He did a super job and there was no lingering chemical smells. There were dark areas of the carpets from so many years of previous renters that he managed to lift out and even after so many months the carpets look good. We have a condo with 30 stairs and three levels and the carpet is over 20 years old and was embarrassingly deplorable. We had throw rugs everywhere around the living room and anticipated replacing the flooring next year. Owen worked SO hard for over four hours on our carpets. We left the home to be out of his way while he worked and when we returned, we were speechless! The carpets on all three levels including the stairs were cleaned so thoroughly that the flooring appeared as if it were installed new that day. We will not need to replace the flooring for years to come, thankfully. The cost of the carpet cleaning was very reasonable.
