We have been in the home about three years and never had the windows cleaned, so there was some build up on the window well windows that he gave an extra treatment. He said I could get some "illegals" to come and work on it for $1000 but they wouldn't be insured, blah blah blah. I had a friend who does professional brick work throughout the valley then come to give me a quote and he said my chimney was one of the best he's seen and that I definitely didn't need any work done on it right away. He said this was a classic case of a company seeing dollar signs and just wanting to up-sell.
