Taking a hammer to an existing home or building from the ground up can be an overwhelming process; but it doesn't have to be. At Legacy Drafting & Design, we believe every home is a custom home, and we can be as hands on or hands off as you like. From financing to completion, we'll guide you through the process with diligence. Building a home should be fun, and we want to help bring your dreams to life.
History
Established in 2004.
Originally established in 2004, we've provided drafting and designing services for thousands of homes. Whether you are wanting to modify a home plan that almost has everything you want, or you are wanting to come up with something completely new and unique, we strive to offer a refreshing and fun experience. In addition to designing homes, we also create plans for additions, remodels, detached or new attached garages, sheds, and just about anything else you might find yourself needing plans for in the residential side of architecture. When it comes to the commercial side, we also provide drafting services and have additional resources that we can bring to the table as needed.
Meet the Business Owner: Gregory B.
I've been in the Architectural Industry since 1996. I started off as a high school intern my senior year with the Architectural Coalition and I got officially hired on about halfway through the school year. I worked on both residential and commercial architecture while working for them. I accredit most of my early design training and knowledge of Architecture to Guil Rand and my experience while working with his great company.
I eventually found that my main passion was really in residential designing, so in 2004 I started my home designing business. There's just something special about designing the space that people will live their lives in. I've designed thousands of homes that have been built across the State of Utah. I currently have 3 employees and we not only do plans homes, but also do plans for many larger scale townhome projects, commercial projects, and even smaller remodel/addition projects.
