My first contact with them was over the phone - they were very "can-do", positive and professional so I took one seat cushion and one back cushion in for their thoughts, cost and timeline. Their place of business is a workshop with lots of jobs in progress. Although they seemed incredibly busy the turnaround time for ordering the leather and cutting/sewing all 10 cushions was super-fast (under 3 weeks). Their cost was quite reasonable and the quality of their work was 100%. Bonus points: the employees all wear their masks, and wear them properly. A sign on the door informs customers to wear masks on premises. I highly recommend the place of business without reservation!

They came to the house and assessed both pieces and worked with me on a convenient time for them to come pick them up. There was a dresser with two broken legs and a cedar chest with a broken leg. The dresser had other damage underneath as well. They completed the repairs and returned the items in about a week. I couldn't be happier with the service and care they took with my furniture. The price was reasonable, especially considering we would have had to replace the dresser if we couldn't have it repaired.
